“Easy to use and fills a need
Pros
Its an all-in-one way for me to manage clients, invoices, projects, and payments. There is a single easy-to-use dashboard with a simple design, and I can do anything I need with ease, plus there is support chat built right in. I can do just about everything from the mobile app, too, its not just desktop-based.
Cons
I can't send payment receipts from the mobile app. I can mark a payment as received, but if I want to send a receipt to the client, I have to go back into the desktop site and send it manually.

“110% Satisfied
Pros
I signed up and sent my first invoice in minutes. I am now using it for proposals and contracts as well.
Cons
Some of the proposal pricing options are a little clunky for me, but it's easy to find a workaround.

“I am totally hooked on AND CO!
Pros
It is so easy for me to create proposals and contracts. I have one client with an ongoing contract for over a year, and they are very happy with my invoices. They usually pay within 24 hours or less.
Cons
Time tracking is a little clunky for me. Converting timesheets to invoices needs a little work too.

“Where Has this been all my life?
Pros
It is like having an assistant I don't have to pay a salary to. It lets me focus on what I am actually good at, not paperwork.
Cons
The invoice reminder system could use a little bit of work.

“Free, Not Super Functional
Pros
The customer service is good , when I ran into issues, I was answered over chat and given a helpful resolution.
Cons
It is not intuitive and tends to send a lot of email notifications for things that are not necessarily important. I found it oddly difficult to download a PDF format of invoices.

“Easy to use but missing some key features
Pros
I find it very user-friendly, and it cuts down on the time it takes me to send out invoices. I also appreciate the nice graphs that show how much I am earning.
Cons
I felt it was missing some key features and it does not integrate into other software the way QuickBooks does. Also, the free package used to be a lot more useful but has since been seriously downgraded.

“Kind of a let down
Pros
It is easy to use and the clean interface. I love that they have a free tier, but...
Cons
I don't love how limiting the free tier is. They positioned themselves as a FREE solution with freelancers in mind, then killed basically any usable functionality when they rolled out their paid version.

“One good way to track expenses
Pros
This software helps me track my expenses and manage my tasks all in one place. In addition to this, I can send invoices to clients and receive payments. I can track my recurring expenses using this app. It is the best way for me to manage all my work in one place.
Cons
It was free software from Fiverr, but now they started charging. In the free version, I can only send invoices to one client. It's kind of weird; how will one just have a single client?

“Perfect for Freelancers
Pros
When I originally started my freelancing journey, I did not know where to begin in terms of managing my clients, projects, finances, and invoicing. When I found it, I could not quite believe that something so comprehensively built for freelancers existed! I love how I can link it to all sorts of other apps. The customer service is top class, it has every feature I could ever want, and the price is very fair for something that allows me to run my business from anywhere in the world! Five stars.
Cons
I had no issues at all. The only problem was I originally thought it was free forever, but they eventually had to monetize such a good product.

“A must have for freelancers!
Pros
As a freelancer, I know how much of a hassle it can be doing all of the 'business' stuff that is not my actual job (in my case, graphic design). Proposals, contracts, time tracking, invoices, etc. It all adds up. And Co brings everything together under one roof, streamlining all of my back-end, business-oriented, mandatory (and let's face it - not so fun!) tasks and makes them easy for me to take care of and track in one slick package. It has saved me a ton of time and a ton of stress and made dealing with clients so much easier.
Cons
Like any software of this nature, it takes getting used to. Though the layout is very clean and minimal, there's a learning period before I truly get the hang of where everything is and how to make the most of it. And, like many things, my mileage with it depends on me. It's not going to just solve my problems if I am not willing to put the time and commitment into it, to learn and to use it continuously.

“Best invoice tool for freelancers
Pros
It is completely free for me to send all the invoices I need! I can set them up on a recurring basis. I can easily accept payments through PayPal with my invoices. I have only used this for a couple of clients so far, and it's been great!
Cons
Nothing so far! It's very simple to set up and great to use!

“Very easy to use
Pros
I really like that it is easy to navigate. Everything is easy for me to locate and customize how I like. I also like that I can keep track of all my income and expenses here by just emailing my receipts. This makes organizing my business finances so much easier.
Cons
I really like AND CO, I have no cons.

“Game Changer for Freelancers
Pros
The ability to automate recurring payments is fantastic. Chasing clients and sending 'gentle reminders' to clients for overdue payments is a nightmare. This completely automates the process and keeps the payments on schedule.
Cons
I have no complaints, it offers great value for the money.

“Great option to organize your business
Pros
Although I've just had it for a trial, I can see the benefits of using AndCo in the long run, especially in helping me manage my clients and finances. As my clients are based globally, I found the multi-currency option to be particularly useful when billing, and how it allows me to segregate each client's details provides me with reassurance that I'm not mixing anything up.
Cons
I am extremely forgetful, so in case I can't access my account due to forgetting my password, I'd like to have the simple "forget password" button that sends a temporary one to my email. They don't have that button on the mobile app, or I could not find it if there was one. Otherwise, I enjoy the functionality of AND CO and might continue using it, especially if my client base were to grow exponentially.

“Affordable Way To Get Contract Signatures and Payments
Pros
It is a great tool that allows me to have clients sign and pay contracts in a seamless process. Most other similar services cost $30-$40 a month. AND CO also provides pre-written legal language that I can easily insert into my contracts.
Cons
AND CO seems more geared toward freelancers rather than small businesses. I cannot make changes to their pre-written legal language outside of the parameters their customization tool provides. It is also difficult to send a direct payment link to clients. Instead, clients receive emails through the AND CO system.

“Complete project management software for freelancers
Pros
AndCo is the ultimate all-in-one project management software. As a self-employed writer, I use it for basically everything to run my business.I can also send proposals, contracts, keep track of income and expenses, and even create a subscription for clients who pay on a regular basis (for auto invoicing). There is also a "shoebox" where I can upload files for safekeeping. The proposals and contracts part is definitely their strong point. They make it simple to understand and give me yes/no toggles to tailor it to my client. If I pay premium, I can edit the contract a bit more. The support team is also very helpful. There's always someone on the chat to help me out, and they take my feedback very seriously. Sometimes I can just chat with them about this and that. Extremely friendly team.
Cons
The UX still needs work. On the income/expenses page, the date range could be a lot more usable. I would suggest they take a look at the date range widget used on Upwork. That one is incredibly easy to use and to switch dates without having to manually click back and forth every time. Another problem on that page is the filtering doesn't stick. For example, if I filter by project from Jan to Dec, then click on one of the results, there is no back button that will take me back to the filtered results. I have to manually re-apply the filters to see them again. Filters shouldn't be cleared unless I click "Clear filters." The "Notes" section in each project page was one of my suggestions to the team, but they simply added a text field with no formatting options or even the ability to save different notes. It's just one plain text field that I can't even resize to take advantage of the entire lower half of the page which is blank. Hyperlinks don't work anywhere. This is a particular peeve for me as a writer who pastes lots of links into tasks and notes for reference. Turning them into clickable links would be a winner. If these issues were addressed, I'd happily upgrade to premium. But right now the app has lots of features that are low on quality, so the higher-than-average monthly fee isn't really worth it.

“A must have tool for freelancers
Pros
I absolutely LOVE this software. It's free for managing one client per month. The interface is perfect, everything is easy for me to find and well laid out. I can easily create beautiful proposals and even contracts for my clients right in the app. It includes a desktop time-tracking app and great invoices, options to remind clients. The dashboard gives me everything I need to see in a clear, clean UI. Brought to you by the people who made Fiverr!
Cons
Seriously, this thing is perfect. I can't think of a single thing wrong with this product.
