Its user friendly and helps me keep track of incoming earnings from Fiverr.

Cons

Personally, I am not a huge fan because there are other better options available. Ones that help track your work, pricing, time spent and more. Fiverr is relatively basic so it aligns with its simplicity. However, as your business grows, you may outgrow this product.

The UI is the first thing that catches my attention and its ease of use makes the software so simple to navigate. Most of the features and buttons in Fiverr are self explanatory. Which means you need no guidance at all mainly.

What I like the most about Fiverr is that it is completely free. I've been using it for over a year and it impresses me with its modern design, mobile friendly responsiveness and seamless payment integration. Since I freelance on various projects, Fiverr helps me manage my projects, expenses and deadlines efficiently. The continuous introduction of new features further improves the platform making it closer to my ideal state.

Cons

So far I haven't noticed anything negative. I did have a couple of issues that required me to contact customer service but they responded quickly and were very helpful. The only suggestion I have is to add the option to automatically round up tickets to the nearest quarter hour mark.

The only drawback I found with Fiverr Workspace was the pricing. It was slightly expensive for my budget. However the features it offers are quite good.

As a freelancer (seller) I've been using Fiverr since my university days. One aspect that stands out to me on this platform is its great security and top notch service quality. Fiverr prioritizes the security of both buyers and sellers ensuring the protection of funds and products. Moreover it offers a range of courses for sellers to enhance their skills and provides different categories and badges to help market their capabilities.

Cons

When I browse projects on this platform I feel like there is a missing feature. It would be better if sellers had access to recent projects and could make bids on them. When I started using Fiverr, there was a feature called "Buyer request" where buyers could browse their projects and sellers could provide offers. Unfortunately this feature has been removed with the recent updates.

There are numerous features and sometimes it can be overwhelming for newcomers. I believe they could provide a designated place to activate these features.
