In the start I was thrilled about Workplace because it seemed to have all the necessary features I needed in one place and it appeared relatively easy to use. Moreover the reasonable price was a great advantage. however my experience quickly took a turn for the worse.

Unfortunately my experience with Customer Service was extremely disappointing. Despite providing my account information multiple times and even sending screenshots of current activity, they couldn't locate my account in their system. It is quite disheartening and doesn't boast my confidence.
