“And.Co review
Pros
What I like most is that they keep adding new features so the software is constantly improving and slowly getting there.
Cons
I started using it when it was still free and then they switched to a paid pro version, unexpectedly. The free option was still available but only for 1 client. At that point, I had too much data in the system to go back and the price seemed quite high for what they were offering at the time. With all the added features, the price seems more appropriate now.

“Great for Writing Invoices
Pros
It's so simple for me to use and pretty much intuitive once I got started. I can email directly from the program so my clients get their estimates and invoices as quickly as possible.
Cons
I cannot pinpoint anything that I do not like about this software so I am just going to keep writing to fill this part up.

“Amazing tool for keeping track of your clients
Pros
The price is a massive plus point, especially since it's free! Honestly, there is loads to love , the invoicing features alone save me loads of time.
Cons
There were a few features missing when I first looked at AndCo, but they are good at adding new ones.

“Used to Love And.Co, but They've Changed
Pros
I loved the clean, modern user interface. It is a bit glitchy sometimes but was still really nice to work in. Before AND.CO, I was doing all of my invoices manually and it was not working out well. AND.CO put all of my client info and time tracking in one place, allowed me to finally process credit cards, and manage invoices efficiently. It was a godsend when I first found it, but then it was bought out.
Cons
The only feature AND.CO lacked for me at first was a place to take down client notes during meetings. My client notes were the only things not organized somehow within AND.CO. I sent them a feature request for it and after some time it was accepted and implemented. I had never had a company actually listen to my feedback and that felt amazing. The only glitch I've experienced with the software features themselves has been in the Terms section under Projects. I add Product Services (e.g., Logo Design, Website Design) and set their rates of pay and then track time in the Project and label the tracked time with those Services but when I go to invoice the Project it doesn't properly show how many hours were tracked under each Service. I can send an invoice anyway, but I'd much rather show the client what the hours they are paying for went into.

“And Co : Efficiency Booster
Pros
I do multiple freelancing and this application is like my manager or secretary. It manages all my projects, costs, and deadlines.
Cons
It is little expensive, they don't offer much in their free version, and purchasing a full version feels risky for new freelancers like me.

“New user but very pleased!
Pros
This software caught my eye because I was in search of a new system for my business. I wanted a simple system that was robust. I needed to be able to track time, submit proposals and contracts, and print out reports as needed. AND.CO was able to do all of that for me. I came from a system that charged me based on how many clients I have (which is ridiculous for a freelancer). AND.CO doesn't do that. I have the ability to have unlimited clients for a cheaper rate than the old system I was using. I'm excited to see what other improvements they make. It's a great system for a freelancer!
Cons
Nothing has been a deal-breaker so far. There were a few things I needed to reach out to customer support about but they were prompt in their reply and were very helpful. I think the only thing I would probably suggest is offering an option to automatically round up tickets to the nearest 1/4 hour mark. I have always billed by the quarter-hour but now have to manually adjust the time before I invoice, which is a pain. My old system had an option I could turn on and it would automatically round up the timer to the nearest quarter-hour once it was stopped.

“Simple and complicated at the same time
Pros
There are several things I like about it, the user interface is great, the support is excellent, and it's easy to do any functions thanks to the great UI.
Cons
Where they lost me as a customer are as follows, I could not create template contracts before jobs came in. That meant that I could not get myself set up for production or outsource to a VA what I needed to set up so I could save time in writing contracts. I had to create them as I closed a deal, which slows me down, and the whole point of moving was to create these templates to speed up my process. - The differentiation between "invoice", "contract", "subscription", "proposal" is so fine that it is really difficult to understand what I should use for what scenario. I got totally confused and had to re-invoice people twice. Each feature was great to use, but what feature do I use for what? I could see very little difference. There was no visual to understand and follow. Not hard to handle in my opinion, lots of potential for the software once this is cleared up. But it was a deal-breaker for me and did not add enough value for me to remain a user.

“Best Invoicing Software for Freelancers
Pros
My first contact with AND.CO software was from the site Fiverr. I gave it a try and it's absolutely amazing when it comes to invoicing my clients, sending proposals to potential customers, and tracking my work time. Customer support is very responsive and fast, awesome service!
Cons
I have nothing to complain about so far. The only thing I'd say I like least about the software is the fee; it's a little bit more expensive than competitors, but again it's a very solid and reliable software so no regrets!

“Was a great Freeware
Pros
It's simple and it works. I am able to invoice clients professionally and have access to a good template library.
Cons
Being an (ex) freeware, it is limited in what it can do. It used to be linked to a freelancer site, so it made sense that it was free. But the paid option did not seem worth it to me at the time when there were better options out there.

“And.co for payment
Pros
It is easy to use. Payment and invoicing software that is easy for me to use. It allows for easy transactions through Stripe and PayPal.
Cons
It does not allow for a vast range of customization, nor does it have a good template of invoices for variation.

“You can run your full business here!
Pros
AND.CO does literally everything I need when it comes to operating my small business. For freelancers like me, this app is a one-stop platform for invoicing, tasks, and follow-ups needed to stay on top of business leads. I can track time and do much more within the app. I always recommend AND.CO to my business clients in need of business apps!
Cons
Any bugs that pop up are fixed almost immediately. Now that Fiverr controls AndCo, updates happen on a regular basis so no cons to report here!

“More than freelance software -- Great for separation of business income and expenses
Pros
I like how AND.CO is the only freemium software out there for distinguishing expenses/income from personal accounts. This is extremely useful for me when I have 1099 income and expenses but don't use a full-blown business bank account to handle those transactions.
Cons
I find the software extremely buggy with poor design. My opinion has always been that junior developers push out new releases but then break existing features. This has happened more than a few times. One example of poor design is that they don't let me re-categorize skipped transactions.

“My fave invoice platform
Pros
What I like the most about Fiverr Workspace is that I can do everything all in one place, from time tracking to invoicing to payments.
Cons
The only thing I would say is that they need more customized templates to make the invoices look more attractive.

“Great tool for independent freelancers
Pros
I recently stumbled upon AND.CO via Fiverr and instantly adopted this new tool for my freelance work. It is intuitive, organized, and helps me stay on track with projects. One of my weaknesses is tracking project time; I love AND.CO's digital tracker that I can turn on or off in real-time and track my time down to the wire. I also love the Shoebox feature (how clever!) that stores all of my files and receipts in one place. I would definitely recommend it to others!
Cons
So far, I have no complaints about AND.CO! It has really helped me maximize my freelance time and stay better organized with my various projects.

“Accounting Use
Pros
Its setup is clear and well-designed. The branding is great. I can give access to employees in order to delegate accounting responsibilities.
Cons
There are a ton of features to it, which is understandable since it's accounting, however that makes it harder for me to communicate my system to the employees sometimes.

“Great All-In-One Product for Creative Freelancers
Pros
I love that this comes with built-in contracts. It can be very difficult for me to write a comprehensive contract that protects both me and the client.
Cons
I wish there was a way for me to template common services or project types instead of having to manually set everything up every time.

“Great Software for Freelancers
Pros
It has so many features in one place. I can handle proposals and contracts along with invoicing and accounting, allowing me to take a project from start to finish with a client.
Cons
Switching between lists to keep different clients and projects organized can sometimes get tricky for me, but that may just be me losing track of which list I am in.

“Good software, but no development direction
Pros
I find it very handy and easy to use, especially for online payments.
Cons
Customer support never listens to me. They always come up with nice sentences and talks, but they follow their own development line. And there is no board where I can ask for changes or features.

“And Co Almost Does It All!
Pros
It offers 90% of the features that I use on a daily basis and makes payments and expense tracking a breeze. And compared to their competition, their apps look great and are very easy to use.
Cons
And Co really needs to partner up with some account or tax prep app. Quickbooks Self Employed makes it so easy for me to take everything I've recorded and just pop it over to my taxes.

“Great for a single freelancer
Pros
It has all the small tools I need as a freelancer if I am not collaborating with anyone else. It handles invoicing well.
Cons
I think this could be even better software if it had a version meant for teams. Collaborating tools would be a plus.
