“The best expense tracking app
Pros
One of the best things about this app is that its basic version is free. And free here means literally free. I have access to a lot of features in the free version.
Cons
I believe I could use more filters to sort out my expenses and income based on merchant and purpose.

Pros
It has amazing customer support. The app is continuously being upgraded, making tracking and invoicing a breeze.
Cons
They limit the free version to one active client at a time, which is a pain for me when I have more than one but don't need any other features of the PRO version.

“Great service for freelancers
Pros
The contract and proposal template is something I had no clue how to approach, and And COs service really makes it simple. Now, I do not start a project until a client signs the contract, and it really helps.
Cons
The Pro service is a little expensive for me, and I don't really use the other functions of And CO other than the contract and proposal. I wish they had a tiered system so I could pay for what I need.

“I needed a good income/expense program
Pros
Unfortunately, I started inputting data in October, so that process was tedious, but once I got the hang of it, and now that I'm caught up, I really like how I can easily see my income/expenses/profits. I also absolutely love how I can create invoices ahead of time and set reminders to send them. This program allows me to create an invoice, send it, and it tells me when the customer views it. When its paid, And CO marks it as paid and reminds me if there are outstanding balances with customers. Setting automatic expenses also helps.
Cons
Inputting the information can be tedious for me, but it's worth it. I suggest starting at the beginning of the year and not in October like I did.

Pros
This software handles contracts, invoicing, and time tracking, which are the main features I need. It has a great UI, and I can do everything on the mobile app, which is convenient. I like being able to send reminders for my invoices, and it helps me walk through the contracts I send so I understand the legal jargon.
Cons
I don't see many cons, if any. My client wanted my hours in hours and minutes when this platform has the time in decimals, so I have to do some converting, but that is really my client's issue.

Pros
As a business coach for online service providers, I don't need a robust tool that covers projects, deliverables, etc. I was using a CRM tool that offered all that and more, but it cost more than And CO, too. That is not smart business for me. I love that it has the exact features I need, at a very affordable price. But what's worth more than that is their customer service. Their representative ALWAYS helps me, even with difficult requests. That is worth a mint when I'm running my own business!
Cons
I would not say I like anything the least. As a new tool, they've had some feature improvements and additions that have added value, and I guess they will continue to do that. But every tool has a roadmap of improvements, so that's not a negative in my opinion.

The best feature of And CO is the price, its free for most features, and for my freelance work, the free tier meets all my expectations. I am able to keep track of everything I need, like invoices, expenses, and income, all in one place with a simple design.
Cons
I find the contract and proposal templates to be fairly limiting and don't allow me the amount of customization I prefer to really make my proposals stand out from the crowd as professional and excellent. Of course, I can't expect them to make a proposal just for me, but I really want there to be more options just for writing and structuring my own thoughts.

I think it seems easy enough to use. I have not used it much because I had a few other apps with the same features. However, I have been thinking of switching to this exclusively because it consolidates the time, projects, and invoices in the same place. I like that it allows me to create expenses and income. I like the look of the app as well. I appreciate that I can accept PayPal and credit cards, and the rates are comparable with other platforms.
Cons
I don't like that I can't save an invoice to continue editing later. I can't begin to create, save, and come back to complete Clients either. It's not easy for me to simply select a new logo color for branding colors.

It is a best tool for me, from tracking tasks to getting paid directly. It is great and very simple to use. I hardly have any problems using it. I used it in the past when it was completely free and everything was unlocked. Currently, only one client is active for the free plan, which is okay, and I archive clients when they finish everything. This helps me concentrate on everything. Time logging for billing is mostly accurate and proof that I have worked. Invoicing and payment gateway charges are also not high; it is good.
Cons
I have nothing to say against And CO. Yes, it really needs money to manage all the software and servers they provide their services on.

This software offers a great solution for all my estimate, scope, and costing requirements. When it comes to admin work, I can focus on what I do best while they take care of all the sending and reminding. It is a great platform where I can keep an eye on all my clients projects and invoices. Additionally, I can request a monthly report on all income and expenditure. Another benefit is that AND CO runs on a custom-made mobile app.

The recurring monthly payment could be lower, and the mobile app could feature fingerprint sign-in for my AND CO profile.

Some pros are that it comes with a standard contract, it lets me invoice clients, and they have some helpful tips on freelancing. When I was researching invoicing software, And CO was one of the companies I signed up for. It allowed me to quickly add new clients and get started working.
Cons
I was not always confident it would be around long enough. I didn't want to get too invested and then have it closed with all my client information. Months later, they were bought by Fiverr, which rubbed me the wrong way, so I never returned to the software.

It is still the best invoicing platform I have ever used. It makes my invoicing, follow-up invoicing, and receipting easy and professional. My clients are happy with my invoices and the friendly follow-up payment messages that AND CO provides.
