Pros
As a verified reviewer I find the user interface of Flock to be highly intuitive and userfriendly. It offers a seamless and interactive experience across all its functions. One major advantage is the ability to create polls and set meeting reminders enabling effective communication and the exchange of important information within our team. Moreover the smartphone app provided by Flock is excellent for communication purposes. It allows us to use the Flock API for alerts and treat it as a regular messaging app. The app has a sleek design ensuring a short learning curve for new users. Additionally Flock provides great flexibility offering numerous integrations to streamline our workflow and automate operations.
Cons
In terms of drawbacks I have experienced slow and poor video conferencing performance with Flock. There are occasional delays in receiving messages which can be frustrating. It would also be helpful to have a local repository for resources to ensure accessibility.

The availability of their smartphone app allows me to stay updated even on the go. One standout feature of Flock is its comprehensive nature encompassing various functionalities. It offers the flexibility to trigger alarms and use it as a regular messenger through the Flock API similar to Microsoft Teams. The platform's customizability is commendable with several connectors available to streamline processes and automate operations. Its elegant design ensures a smooth transition for users and the recording options for calls are highly appreciated. Flock has proven to be a reliable tool for our organization's growth.
Cons
The mobile application of Flock occasionally fails to provide timely alerts potentially causing users to miss notifications or messages. Despite having a fast internet connection the Android app can encounter issues leading to poor voice quality during calls. A fresh redesign could elevate Flock's position in the market. Furthermore the call feature needs improvement as the voice quality remains subpar even with a fast internet connection.
