Pros
Creating forms and workflows is a hassle free with simple process. Integrating with other services is quick and seamless which requires minimal additional information.
Cons
Occasionally when configuring a process within Flokzu I get logged out of the platform. I understand that sessions are closed after a period of inactivity but it often happens when I am in the middle of configuring processes, causing me to lose all progress and start over.

The tool is highly functional and interactive, equipped with key options commonly used in top tier software today.
Cons
A forum with scripts and more effective real time support would be helpful. There are some minor issues in the Sandbox but overall, I am highly satisfied and would totally recommend it.

It is highly intuitive and user friendly, providing real time progress monitoring and user friendly reporting.
Cons
The software only measures SLA (Service Level Agreement) without segmenting the time into categories. Such as waiting time, execution time, reprocessing time, etc. It solely focuses on time measurements but doesn't provide information on whether a ticket has been reprocessed. Typically it is rejected and closed, requiring the creation of a new ticket, resulting in the loss of continuity and the need to start over.

“My Steps in Flokzu
Pros
Thanks to Softbotic I have the opportunity to use this software for process management. I find it to be a good software and it is not overly complex to use. It is accessible and user friendly.
Cons
In my opinion there have been some difficulties when uploading CSV files to the databases but they were eventually resolved. However, the function of cloning processes is greatly lacking when it comes to usability.

Flokzu is an aligned tool with BPM (business process management). Process automation is an ideal practice for software adoption and Flokzu combines agility, ease of use and a powerful flow manager.
Cons

There are a few elements on the forms of each instance that aren't currently customizable. It would be beneficial to implement conditions on the flow based on table values. However I anticipate continuous improvements from the team.

Pros
The modeling process is simple and quite intuitive. Although there are some limitations but I believe they can be overcome by finding alternative ways to model the process.
Cons
There are limitations such as the inability to extract data from tables, attach files to tables or perform functions directly from a table item. Additionally the option to respond by email has been added. However it doesn't work in practice and there is no way to reply directly from the email or include attachments.

It strictly adheres to BPMN standards allowing inclusion of external users and JS customization in process definition.

Pros
I had been searching for software with these features for our processes for months and almost failed to find one thta fit so well at such a low price. With the entry Flokzu Our production processes for educational materials are now well organized and we have greatly optimized our time. The customer service is exceptional and provides assistance with everything. It is the best I have encountered!
Cons
While the software is quite intuitive for end users (which is crucial), creating processes can be a bit more complex. The naming conventions used in the backup are unfamiliar to me. But let me tell this too that the help blog provides clear guidance and the support team assists with everything. One feature that is currently lacking but would be helpful is the ability to revert a process back to a previous step for corrections or additions.

Pros
When searching for process management tools, we often find that we can design and analyze the process but real time measurement is missing. However Flokzu brings innovation to the market of process design tools by allowing us to see what is happening with processes in real time. We can even measure execution times and implement corrective measures for greater efficiency.
Cons
I have not found any cons yet. All the use cases presented to me have been exemplified and I have seen demonstrations of the softwares capabilities. Still I believe additional functionalities could be added such as generating client documents for use in process audits.
