Pros

The products ease and intuitiveness in generating complex processes are impressive. It can effortlessly interact with other platforms through tools like Zapier (we use it with JIRA, Monday, Google Sheets, etc.). It also has its own user friendly database.

Cons

It would be beneficial if batch processes could be based on database values from our own database. We needed to trigger a task in Flokzu based on a batch process determined by table values in the database, but unfortunately it is not possible directly. We have to come up with a complex solution using Monday.

Pros

I really like the ease of visually describing the flow and the ability to consider all alternative processes or work paths. There is ample space to neatly draw the process.

Cons

As per my suggestion the forms could be improved. And better connectivity with other forms software is needed.

It is easy to use and there is an immediate response to any issues raised. I must say that the software is very much practical.

Flokzu is highly user-friendly allowing extensive customization in processes and forms. The Zapier connection and responsive help center are valuable.

Cons

Our primary use of Flokzu is for the Purchase Order approval process. While effective we wish to connect it to our accounting system for calculating provisions which is currently not possible. Desired functionalities include providing more data for administrators customizable email invitations with attached documents and the ability to duplicate an instance.

Quick process implementation with Zapier integration minimal code requirement for most cases and comprehensive permissioning with responsive support.

While Zapier integration could be improved further viable solutions exist and there are no significant blockers.

Pros

It is user friendly and it offers various pre designed templates that can serve as examples or guides. Also it is cloud based there is no need for an initial investment in hardware. You don't have to be a computer scientist to design workflows that align with your companys business processes. I have used it for teaching business process classes and it's been incredibly useful for designing and testing them.

Cons

There are advanced features of BPMN 2.0 that have yet to be implemented.

Flokzu stands out as a no-code tool for creating personalized workflows suitable for non-IT individuals thanks to explanatory videos and a helpful library.

I haven't identified any drawbacks yet. We sought a BPM platform that doesn't require coding and enables the creation of workflows with a reasonable time investment.

Intuitive process modeling for anyone reducing dependence on the engineering team. Reasonable pricing and excellent support add to its appeal.

The necessity to create models for setting up process flow instead of employing a basic set of rules can be restrictive. The visual flow depiction works well for simpler processes but becomes challenging for complex processes with branching paths. The system's tendency to return to the home screen after completing a task rather than the task Inbox can be inconvenient.
