While Flokzu excels in simplifying and optimizing business processes, particularly in medium sized environments, deploying it for managing large scale metrics may present some difficulties. However these issues are not something that tells not to use this software. It simply means the process may be less intuitive compared to other platform features.

We are still in the process of implementation but in my opinion, this tool is easy to use and offers flexibility. The pre sales and post sales service has been highly competent.

The interface would benefit from being more intuitive. The visual aspect feels outdated. It is a good product but it doesn't immediately win over my employees. The team should release more templates and provide assistance in teaching clients how to design processes. I don't want to be the one constantly teaching my employees how to do it.

The best thing is that Even individuals without IT knowledge can set up and automate business processes with ease. It is user friendly, allowing administrator users to customize visualization, reports and processes within the tool. Access control is also provided.

So far I am happy with the software and if I have any questions or need improvements, the entire Flokzu team is supportive and always ready to assist.

Flokzu is an quite valuable and user friendly software. Its interface is welcoming to all users, enabling the creation of process flows with automated notifications, emails and initiations, among other features. This significantly enhances process efficiency, providing traceability and support. Integrating existing processes into Flokzu is relatively straightforward, mostly depending on the process's complexity.

Cons

I have encountered a frequent issue where the session expires in the non Sandbox window, without saving changes while performing Sandbox tests with an additional Flokzu window open. It is a good practice to save multiple times to avoid this problem. Additionally, you can copy and paste fields and parts of the flow and there's an API available for PowerBI integration.

The software has allowed our Design department to improve the flow of orders and deliveries, identifying bottlenecks among participants and refining individual tasks. Additionally it has enhanced deliveries for other departments within the company.

Cons

Over the course of almost a year of usage, we have worked with the Flokzu support team to address minor errors specific to our operations. So currently we have no complaints.

Implementing this software is hassle free and it's affordable for those of us without programming knowledge. Being able to create my own flows without relying on the IT team is a key advantage for the company as it allows them to focus on other improvements. Moreover we save operational time both internally and with external suppliers.

Up to this point, I haven't found anything I liked less. The tool has perfectly adapted to our needs.

It would be beneficial to incorporate additional concepts like CSS and provide better implementation options with HTML. Furthermore improving the personal graphical interface for each process would be advantageous.
