“user-friendly app, some sync glitches”
Pros
Pretty user friendly though it does take a little time to get used to the layout and flow.
Cons
Bank connections keep disappearing on me. I also ran into problems with credit cards not being accepted and having to deal with system changes after the fact.

“efficient invoicing for freelancers”
Pros
For small businesses and freelancers, this platform feels solid, affordable and practical to use day-to-day. It supports recurring invoices, retainers and a bunch of other invoicing options. Whenever I need support, calling customer service gets me a real person who can actually help.
Cons
There are caps on the number of clients you can manage and my invoices tend to land in spam quite often. Also, using the third party preferred billing option for invoices adds a pretty steep cost.

“peace of mind with auto-billing”
Pros
lets monthly clients save a credit card and charges them automatically according to the schedule i set. it basically removes the need to chase invoices and that's done a lot for my peace of mind.
Cons
ran into a hiccup when changing an existing recurring template an edge case that ended up auto billing a client multiple times and caused his card to get cancelled. support was great once it was identified and they worked with me to get everything sorted out.

“freshbooks saves time daily”
Pros
I've been using it for a couple of years now and it's been excellent. The app is quick to work with, feels responsive and there's basically no learning curve. I previously used an older, installed accounting tool that my accountant preferred but it ended up taking a lot more effort than it really needed. These days I'm using it almost every day and my accountant has even mentioned that it makes it simple to access my data whenever they need it.
Cons
A handful of more advanced features still seem to be missing though everything else has worked really well.

“easy integrations and workflow extras”
Pros
It connects with other software without much hassle which makes setup feel simple. The tool is also pretty customizable so you can tweak it to match how your team works. Also, the interface is simple for recipients to use and the extra features really help keep the workflow moving. Overall, it fits nicely into the day-to-day process without getting in the way.
Cons
Just wish there were even more customization options so it could feel fully unique for every organization.

“time tracking and invoicing power”
Pros
I'm really enjoying the range of features. The icons and buttons are well thought out and the time tracking is easily the standout, nothing I've used compares for tracking hours so accurately. It ends up saving a lot of time for our workflow. Everything feels polished and the user interface is very adaptive while still offering plenty of additional functionality. Also, the invoicing and billing features are a big highlight. It also handles customization and other billing-related tasks really well.
Cons
It is a solid tool overall but the subscription tiers feel a bit limited. I'd love to see more options or higher subscription levels added. I'm hoping their team will take this feedback on board as they keep improving the product since it seems like they're moving forward consistently and that momentum should lead to an even better future.

“modern templates with great looks”
Pros
This app feels really attractive and up to date. The template designs look modern and polished and I genuinely like how everything is laid out.
Cons
Compatibility is a problem though, it doesn't work with other major accounting software.

“time tracking to invoicing workflow”
Pros
As a freelancer, I really like using the time tracking feature and once I'm ready to send an invoice, all the tracked time is added automatically to the invoice with a single button click.
Cons
Haven't explored every feature yet so it's hard to judge the full range. The parts I've used have been solid so far.

“flexible short-term invoicing”
Pros
I used it to create invoices for short-term contracts (under 2 years). The invoicing setup feels simple and flexible and it also lets you keep an eye on incoming payments so you can track what's coming in.
Cons
Occasionally it feels a bit quirky though that's manageable uploading a logo is simple and you can reuse the same template repeatedly without much hassle.

“innovative invoicing with great support”
Pros
It feels genuinely innovative for running a business and the interface is really engaging without being overwhelming. It gave me a solid workspace for key tasks... especially billing and invoicing.. so I could stay on top of payments. The FreshBooks Time Tracker is a standout too and having bookkeeping and accounting tools alongside it makes the whole setup feel more complete. Also, the mobile app lets me manage the business conveniently and it's also handy for sharing information with customers so they have access when they need it. Customer service has been a big plus as well, the support team is friendly, quick to respond and consistently helpful with all the questions I throw their way.
Cons
The only real downside I've noticed is that the mobile app doesn't include as many features as I expected. Even with that limitation, it still comes across as a strong, dependable platform.

“smooth invoicing with imports”
Pros
I've really enjoyed using it for my small business. Transactions came in automatically so bookkeeping stayed organized without extra manual work. When my bookkeeper needed to review and consolidate everything, the data was already in the right place which made the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
Getting my bookkeeper fully on board was a bit of a struggle. QuickBooks dominates the market and that made it harder to convince others in my industry to switch over to this tool.

“freshbooks workflow and integrations”
Pros
After using it for about 9 years, I've built a workflow around it that lets me track time, create and send invoices, draft estimates and get paid without too much friction. Since it's already woven into my business, I really appreciate that it doesn't operate in isolation, It also connects with other apps I might need. The software feels simple and covers everything I rely on day to day.
Cons
The newer version removed the PayPal integration and that change definitely annoyed some clients who still prefer paying that way. A couple of other features also seem a bit buggy though I suspect it's tied to moving from the "Classic" platform to the current setup. If you're starting fresh with New FreshBooks, you probably won't run into the same migration related issues.

“flexible multi-project invoicing”
Pros
It's pretty simple to use and it offers a ton of invoicing options for handling multiple projects across multiple locations. You can also split projects into smaller pieces when you need to break things down.
Cons
No real downsides here, I've never run into any trouble using it.
