Freshbooks is so user-friendly for bookkeeping and integrating my payroll was a breeze. When I had questions about setting up payroll and linking it with Gusto and my bank my Freshbooks account manager [sensitive content hidden] was amazing. She guided me through everything and even connected me with [sensitive content hidden] from payroll support. We had a productive Zoom call and they helped me get everything sorted. What a fantastic experience!

The only way to obtain helpful support for your account is through a live account manager essentially a salesperson. Despite their suggestion to downgrade my subscription at the end of the discounted trial my representative has not responded for two weeks. The inability to independently make account changes or consult another customer service representative is problematic resulting in a billing error for double the intended amount due to this communication lapse.
