One of the features I find incredibly beneficial in FreshBooks is its mobile accessibility. In the past, I had to meet with clients, create invoices, and then return to the office to input the data on a computer. It was time-consuming, and we often missed out on payments. However, with FreshBooks, I can input data directly from my phone or tablet while in front of a client, send them an invoice, and receive payment before leaving. This convenience has made a world of difference for us.
To be honest, I havent encountered any significant cons with FreshBooks. The only initial challenge was getting our older employees to adapt to the software. However, we provided training and encouraged them to use it, and since then, it has been smooth sailing.

I have to travel a lot for my business, and this app works great for me as I can check and send invoices even on the go. It is an application that runs on iOS which is great. I can also check whether the client got the invoice and checked it or not. Due to this feature no one can lie saying they never received an invoice, this helps us get timely payments, and no frustration.
Creating the financial reports are a bit dull.
