“Excellent functionality, but many bugs and no integration

Pros

I love the flexibility in how I can view the data. And the fact that it all fits on my screen which allows me to see the entire picture at once. Its also very much helpful for planning and coordinating with my team.

Cons

Since it doesn't integrate with Jira I have to duplicate all the work I do, which isn't sustainable as we scale. Additionally there are several bugs that make it challenging to use until you develop workarounds which eventually slow down the overall usage. However I have noticed that several bugs have been fixed recently.

The software offers excellent visibility of all resources and also allows for easy filtering based on specific resources.

Cons

The search function is a bit confusing while using and it would be great if it could be made easier to search within Ganttic.

It provides a birds eye view of your project. Also its resource allocation capabilities make project management feel natural. Tasks and resources are well planned and execution follows a clear path.

Cons

It might lead to reluctance in project management as project managers may feel satisfied with the plan, giving a false sense of comfort that can eventually result in project failure (comfort zone)

The product allows for easy adjustments when dealing with large scale jobs and rescheduling smaller tasks among technicians.

Cons

The available options for viewing technicians workloads together are quite limited.
