The ease of understanding its usage is remarkable. The software itself is highly intuitive and the technicians provide excellent and competent assistance.
Cons
The only flaw is that the software can only be used within the company network. It is quite resource intensive to open and when using VPN, it becomes very slow. I hope that one day it will transition into a web based software accessible to all internal and external employees with ease.

Cons
Implementing data is not always simple or immediate and I face difficulties in saving documents processed by the software on my PC. Furthermore the layout could be improved.
