“amazing for gaming projects”
Pros
Having it on my phone is honestly amazing. It even lets you handle things that feel almost like bringing PC gaming projects onto mobile. Thanks to GitHub, you can also set up Minecraft servers, Garry's Mod and other fantastic game-related projects. I really love it.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that the app has trouble with accented characters in anchor links within tables of contents when displaying my Markdown documents. A full translation of the application into more languages would also be a nice improvement.

“fast search and handy markdowns”
Pros
What stands out right away is how fast and responsive the search section is. The markdown tools are also helpful when writing properly formatted documents and being able to extract zipped documents directly on the same web page is really convenient.
Cons
The interface isn't very user-friendly and the software feels quite strict in the way it works. At first glance, it can seem complicated and a bit hard to use when you're just getting started.

At this stage, I haven't come across any downsides.

“flexible browser and console access”
Pros
Having both the browser interface and the console available is really convenient. I've also used Git Pages to host a webpage and that was awesome.
Cons
Sometimes the error messages can be confusing but after a quick Google search and a bit of tinkering, the problem usually gets sorted out.

“reliable version control for teams”
Pros
Version and source control are what make this tool such an important part of building applications and websites. It lets me clearly track how my code differs from the repository source and I can work with confidence because none of my edits go live until I choose to push them.
Cons
Getting comfortable with how it fits into an existing development workflow can take some time and the learning curve feels fairly steep at first. Still, once everything starts to make sense, it's hard to imagine developing public code or collaborating without it.

“collaboration made easy”
Pros
The time management and version control features are really useful. It offers a platform for developing and improving life-changing free software and the coding collaboration part works really well. It also gives a good snapshot of a coder's profile.
Cons
In my experience, getting started is a bit difficult at first although it becomes much easier with time. The pricing could be more reasonable and the UI still has room to become more user-friendly.

“helpful code hub for learning”
Pros
As a student or developer, this software is really valuable. It gives access to source code, project details and similar code examples that can be very useful when you need guidance. With all the information available here, you can build almost any application and the large user community also adds a lot of support. The community is huge and keeps growing continuously.
Cons
This tool is definitely useful but nothing is perfect. One issue is that if someone uploads incorrect information, it can create problems for other users who rely on it. Another drawback is the task management side which does not feel very well organized or systematic.

Pros
Keeping all my data together in a single file is really helpful and it makes it simple to zip everything up and share it with friends without any hassle.
Cons
They really need to work on the rendering speed. At times the software lags while I'm using it and that can make the whole experience feel boring.

“top choice for code hosting”
Pros
It is hands down the best platform out there for source code hosting and project management. It's the first place people go when they need information and the way it works feels unmatched in terms of usability.
Cons
At times, it can throw so much information at you that the amount of detail feels a bit overwhelming.

“A fantastic tool”
Pros
The tool lets me handle all kinds of issue tracking and product development myself, without needing to bring in outside help for simple coding tasks. It also gives me the ability to create my own web pages without relying on a full development team.
Cons
A little confusing in the beginning until you become familiar with the way everything is organized though the learning curve doesn't last very long.

“ideal hub for side projects”
Pros
It keeps the focus where it should be,on development, while still providing the features needed to run a project successfully. It covers all the essentials without getting too caught up in overly specific or niche functionality. Because of that, it feels like the best option for anyone working on side projects.
Cons
At this point, there really isn't much to dislike about where it is headed. That said there's still some room to improve certain areas, with project management being the clearest example. Since it aims to be an all-in-one platform, it's naturally difficult to include every useful feature without overwhelming users with too many options or making the software harder to use.

“powerful free repos for teams”
Pros
Free projects and repositories are really powerful and very simple to use. Getting a new collaborative project started with coworkers is simple and there are plenty of features that can be valuable for a company.
Cons
A few parts of the platform still don't feel completely connected to each other. At times, continuous integration and source control don't work together perfectly so some manual steps are still needed and can feel a bit repetitive. The same goes for version control and issue tracking. It's not a major issue though.
