Handling complicated tasks feels much more manageable with this tool. Something like setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines can become difficult fast but it makes that process much simpler to work with.

Cons

Issues show up when comparing it to GitHub which has a few extra fine-tuning options and smaller advanced features that this one doesn't seem to offer.

It delivers exactly what you expect from a modern code repository and the interface is one of its strongest points. That usability factor often gets ignored but the software handles it really well. The layout feels natural so it's easy to stay focused on the work instead of fighting the tool and most tasks can be done with very little hassle.

Pricing on the commercial plans does feel a little expensive and once you have a larger number of users, the cost can stack up fast which may feel intimidating for growing organizations. That said it's manageable with proper budgeting. There are also moments when it runs a bit slower than expected though it's more of a small irritation than a major problem.

This is very simple to use and just as simple to understand. They do a really thorough job of explaining how to put data or source code together which made the whole process much clearer.

A good choice for version control and continuous integration. It works a lot like GitHub but it feels more private and gives you better control over your hosted repositories.

It's good overall though it could be lighter and the installation process could be simpler. Aside from that, everything else works well.
