Pros

It is very user friendly and the customer service is excellent.

Cons

Some functions are limited and I would like to be able to add more details to forms.

Its very easy to use across multi channel marketing teams offering a centralized platform to manage and track campaign work.

It would be helpful to have an option to download all files from a job at once instead of having to download them individually.

Logging in and accessing the most recent posts, updates and useful files is very smooth and simple with this program.

Personally I prefer not to receive email notifications. I am content with logging in occasionally to check on the discussions.

Transferring files among different individuals and businesses is effortless and provides a strong sense of security.

Cons

I think it would be beneficial to have the ability to create teams where multiple individuals from different companies collaborating on a project can be notified. This has been highlighted during my use of the software as my colleague receives notifications while I do not. So, having a feature that facilitates easier collaboration and file transfer between companies would be great.

Pros

I love how GlassCubes organizes resources, chats and different working groups, regardless of the size of our community.

Cons

Adjusting the personal notification levels can be quite confusing. Additionally the lack of direct chat functionality restricts us leading to conversations being taken outside of GlassCubes when we would prefer to keep them within the platform.

The automated reminders provided by Glasscubes save a significant amount of time. Once set up theres no need for further intervention.

I wish I could search using both client names and email addresses.

Pros

Before incorporating Glasscubes into our workflow our entire team used to individually reach out to clients multiple times a year to request their records. This process was time consuming and not as successful as we desired. However since implementing Glasscubes this tax year we have already saved approximately 288 hours of resources. This has allowed our staff to focus on the actual work at hand. We will definitely continue using Glasscubes in the future.

The search function could be more intuitive. currently I have to search using email addresses instead of client names.

The only issue we encountered with GlassCubes was related to the notification settings but the team efficiently resolved it in a quick turnaround time.

Glasscubes offers a wide range of features while maintaining a high level of ease of use.

When using the CanBan methodology in the project management sections I occasionally find it a bit tricky to create the management tiers and move project items around. However I manage to make it work.

I am currently using Glasscubes to coordinate with an external accounting company for our annual audit. Thus far I find it highly interactive and the notification features help me stay on track with my outstanding tasks. I would highly recommend it.

I have not go through all the features yet so I cannot provide feedback on those aspects of GlassCubes.

Glasscubes was so easy to set up, the demonstration provided valuable insights and the customer service team is responsive and helpful. Overall it has been a fantastic experience. We have used Glasscubes in the past for other projects and would definitely return to it.

Apart from the difficulty in setting up a direct debit I have not experienced any issues with GlassCubes. Every time I think I have completed the setup it fails. Other than this minor problem I have no trouble using it at all.
