I like how easily I can navigate, upload and download files on Glasscubes.

When uploading files and documents in bulk each team member following the space receives an individual email for every single document. It would be much better to receive one bulk email listing all the uploads made in the past 10 minutes or so. One email with a list of 40 uploads is preferable to 40 emails stating one thing each.

“Review of the system/product after 7 years of usage

Pros

After many years of experience with this system/product I can honestly and genuinely recommend it. I have been using and administering the system for over 7 years and have not encountered any glitches or downtime. The teams response to queries and issues is prompt and problems are resolved quickly. They are also open to additional features and development.

Cons

We had to come to an understanding with the finance team of GlassCubes because in the NHS it takes us a while to pay invoices and sometimes we can't react quickly enough due to internal processes.

Glasscubes has a robust document management platform. I particularly enjoy the version control features including the ability to comment directly on files and collaborate in real time. The discussion board, activity stream and the ability to share documents externally with clients are also highly valuable and often underrated.

Nothing I have thoroughly enjoyed using GlassCubes, and I cannot think of any way to improve it overall.

I really enjoy using Glasscubes as it allows me to keep all my projects in one place and easily gather all communications and documents. It is accessible to everyone on the team.

Since we are not the operators we struggle with adding team members to the group. We have to rely on the client which sometimes slows down the process and requires us to use both email and Glasscubes for communication.

It took a little while for me to learn how to make the most of the platform but we have not faced any functional issues. The platform is reliable and none of our team members have any dislikes. Everyone has discovered the benefits of using Glasscubes

Glasscubes make sure that everyone has access to requested information ensuring that we are all on the same page.

When I make a comment in the main dashboard area, it creates a task in the "Response Needed" section (indicated by an orange, refreshing style logo) and I don't have the ability to mark it as complete ("ticked green") unless the client responds. Sometimes, a response isn't necessary and the workaround is to message from a separate section but its a minor inconvenience.

The service is very much user friendly and secure. Additionally the mobile application is extremely useful for quick checks. There are no annoying pop ups or unnecessary messages. It is a smart and convenient solution for keeping everything at hand in this digital era. The design is also visually appealing.

Occasionally, I receive notifications from people I don't know.

Pros

As we work in school, here Glasscubes helps us a lot. It allows us to collaborate and work on the same documents while also providing our external partners with the opportunity to contribute. By working online through this platform we have saved countless hours of administrative time. We can't imagine how we managed before Glasscubes!

Cons

The only thing I would consider changing is the user interface which can sometimes appear a bit outdated in its overall appearance. However it still perfectly serves its purpose!

I love how easily I can find content and quickly download it. Additionally the platform allows me to communicate with my student community and receive notifications about new publications.

Cons

There are not many peers interacting on the platform. Managers tend to neglect updating content and I often miss out on messages that have been sent to me.

It is easy to coordinate the latest drawings with the broader project team and ensure that no one misses out on the latest updates or revisions. The discussion function ensures everyone is aware of ongoing developments and changes in the design etc

Cons

Other users can unfollow a workspace folder without notifying the main workspace admin.
