I really like how simple it is to sign up for Glasscubes and engage in discussions and file uploads on topics relevant to our network. Responding to other users comments is also effortless and the record of discussions proves useful for future reference.

Cons

I believe its best if everyone uses it daily as a comprehensive communication tool not just occasionally.

I can easily add files and comments making it ideal for having multiple conversations with specific groups.

Cons

There is a small problem where emails with comment notifications have all the text lumped together without spacing. It has caused issues with lists since some people only read the email.

As a project spanning multiple educational institutions, it is key for us to access files and resources simultaneously regardless of our location. Glasscubes fulfills this need allowing us to share updates visible to all teams while ensuring the security and compliance required for GDPR.

The homepage and dashboard can appear clunky and uninteresting and the search bar doesn't always yield the desired results. However files are easy to find in the management system.
