We are absolutely thrilled with how GQueues simplifies task management for us. It allows us to swiftly enter projects, assign tasks, and maintain our dynamic business schedule. Everyone on the team can contribute notes and updates, ensuring seamless coordination.

Cons

An automation feature to mark tasks complete and move them to another folder automatically would be fantastic. But for now, manually moving tasks around still works well for us.

I am unable to find the list of completed tasks. When I check off a task, it disappears. I'd like to be able to review completed tasks later, but I am unsure where to find them.

I appreciate GQueues for its ability to create multiple queues for various projects, establish task hierarchies, define and apply tags, and generate Smart queues based on specific criteria. Additionally, having an iOS App allows me to create tasks whenever they come to mind.

Cons

Sometimes, the iOS widget takes a bit to update after completing tasks. It's a minor inconvenience at most.

The integration of GQueues with my Google calendar, along with reminder notifications via email, ensures that my tasks are always visible and accessible.

The only aspect that doesn't excite me is that completed tasks get archived instead of being deleted. I'd prefer an option to choose between archiving and deletion.

A timeline view would be fantastic, allowing me to visualize upcoming tasks in a timeline format. While my calendar shows items, it can get cluttered since I heavily use it.

it is indispensable for managing multiple projects across clients. Its integration with Google Calendar and Docs streamlines collaboration and communication within my team.

Cons

The only thing that comes to mind is that I wish the text for assigned dates on tasks were larger. I rely on the date to identify tasks that must be done today, but the text is quite small.

Collaboration and the ability to manage repeated tasks are standout features of GQueues for us. We also appreciate its use as a Documents Management Tool and its user-friendly interface.

Absolutely nothing. Everything works perfectly. Although, a small feature like auto-arranging tasks would be a nice addition.

This software excels in its ease of use, allowing users to attach everything they need to one place and set reminders effortlessly. Its accessibility on both phone and computer is a bonus.

It might not be the most visually appealing organizational app, but functionality outweighs aesthetics for me. The only improvement I'd wish for is more advanced note-taking features, like bullets, bold, italics, and indents. Currently, I can only start a new line.

I am eagerly awaiting the multi-select feature mentioned in the roadmap. It will definitely improve usability.
