Excellent Task Management & Team Project Management

Pros

The price point is great. It is incredibly easy for me to use and integrates seamlessly with the Google suite, allowing me to effortlessly add items, track projects, share visibility, and categorize things.

Cons

The integration with the calendar alone is a game-changer, and I have not encountered any major drawbacks.

Helpful for organisationsq

Pros

This software proves very helpful for my organization in task assignment, especially for someone like me with ADHD. It assists me in keeping track of what I need to take care of; having a designated space to check things off a list assigned to me greatly aids my productivity.

Cons

I could not find much to fault with GQueues.

Great Simple Task Management System

Pros

Gqueues gives my team a simple and cost-effective tool for tracking basic tasks. It enables us to assign team members, leave comments, and easily attach files (which is the best feature!) among other functionalities.

Cons

It is fairly straightforward, but it meets our needs efficiently.

Great Project manaer

Pros

The unlimited subtasks feature allows for the transition from simple tasks to detailed and complex projects seamlessly.

Cons

Sometimes, having a full task list makes it hard to grasp the bigger picture. Smart lists help with that, but they don't display subtasks with their parent tasks, which can be confusing.

LOVE IT! Helps keep my tasks in one place and organized.

Pros

The ability for the team to add, modify, and attach notes and messages to tasks is incredibly helpful. It ensures that nothing falls through the cracks and makes coordination effortless.

Cons

I am still getting the hang of it, but the mobile app feels a bit perplexing to me, especially since it combines my personal and work calendars. I wish I could toggle between them more easily.

The sweet spot

Pros

Every few years, I find myself outgrowing my task management tool or leaving it in frustration. Over time, I've experimented with various name-brand task management apps, but GQueues strikes the perfect balance for me. Its interface is clean and visually appealing, making managing tasks a joy. GQueues is intuitive, offering just enough structure for me to manage everything without unnecessary project management complexities.

Cons

Perhaps the only feature I'd ask for is recurring tasks with their subtasks, but GQueues' support promptly provided helpful workarounds. Hard to complain about that.

Great tool

Pros

The flexibility of GQueues is fantastic; it can accommodate virtually any task management need.

Cons

Unless I am overlooking it, it would be fantastic if GQueues could manage workflow processes where completing certain tasks triggers new ones. I'm exploring other tools that might integrate with GQueues for this purpose.

Invaluable tool, priced to be accessible

Pros

Without this tool, I couldn't have expanded my business while reducing stress and increasing mindfulness and focus.

Cons

The Teams feature caused some frustration as it lost functionality compared to when we used GQueues outside of our regular system, which seems strange.

Kept/Keeps me on track.

Pros

I appreciated being able to swiftly check what tasks were necessary for the day, week, month, or even year. Whether it's tasks related to the school year or daily household chores now that I'm retired, GQueues, integrated with Google Calendar, allows me to schedule appointments and manage tasks efficiently.

Cons

All my tasks and subtasks recur regularly, but sometimes the subtasks do not carry over to the next occurrence. It would be great if the mobile app indented subtasks like the computer version does.

Pros

What I appreciate most about GQueues is its seamless integration with my other Google apps, significantly increasing my productivity and organization. It serves as the perfect task and project management system, seamlessly integrating with my calendar and offering smooth mobile usability.

The Tool I Needed

Pros

Transitioning from Google Tasks to GQueues was effortless, and now collaborating with my team is seamless. After trying more complex tools like Monday and Asana, we found that GQueues perfectly fits our need for a straightforward task management tool at a reasonable price.

Cons

I am not fond of how the navigation bar integrates with Google Mail and Calendar. Having to search for tasks rather than having them visible like Google Tasks takes some getting used to. I tend to avoid using them unless I'm creating a task directly from mail or calendar.

I have used continuously every day for the past 10 + years

Pros

Initially, I was drawn to the visual colors and drag-and-drop interface. As the company grew, the addition of a mobile aspect significantly increased my usage, as I could easily dictate tasks into my phone. Integration with Google Calendar also allowed me to seamlessly incorporate important tasks into my schedule.

Cons

I have really adjusted my workflow to fit their program. If I had a wishlist, it would include the ability to attach and retrieve large files and integrate tasks across queues.

I love Gqueues

Pros

I can customize my categories and queues to evolve with my needs over time. GQueues serves as my go-to tool for organizing tasks and projects.

Cons

While GQueues currently works perfectly for me, missing these features might put it at a disadvantage compared to competitors like Monday, Trello, Asana, and Smartsheet.
