There are only a few minor areas for improvement in my opinion. It would be beneficial if the software were more integrated with additional Google services like Forms, Meetings, and AppSheet. Increasing the pace of software development with more frequent updates without sacrificing quality is important. Marketing efforts should be ramped up to raise public awareness. I rarely see it mentioned in software comparisons online. Releasing an API to integrate with Google AppSheet or Zapier would extend the software's usefulness.

Being web-based, it's accessible from all devices I've utilized, past and present. I appreciate the ability to share and delegate tasks to team members. The integration with Google Calendar is a plus. Regular updates and enhancements are also welcomed. I highly recommend trying out the free version.

Cons

Users must possess a Google account to access the queues. However, this can be easily rectified by having users register with Google.

I find it challenging to precisely drag and drop tasks/subtasks where I want. Especially when attempting to place a subtask directly under a task, often it 'slips away' elsewhere. Consequently, I end up having to rearrange every other subtask below it to bring it to the top.
