“Wish I'd Found It Sooner!
Pros
The integration of GQueues with Google Calendar, providing real-time updates and interactive functionality, greatly enhances my productivity and task management.
Cons
While I love Smart Queues, I wish there was more customization available to create quick/smart queues. I'd appreciate seeing the next steps for my entire account without needing to check each queue individually.

“Great product to keep track of things
Pros
The direct integration with Google services makes GQueues easy to use and seamlessly integrated into my workflow.
Cons
I have no concerns so far, but it would be helpful to add direct attachment uploads instead of relying solely on Google Drive.

“Gqueues is the best software for task management
Pros
This is my go-to tool for managing tasks, both personally and professionally. Its flexibility and integration with Google Calendar make it invaluable for time management.
Cons
The note format is my least favorite aspect. Having the ability to add rich text would be beneficial.

“Best To Do List Manager for GTD and Google Workspace!!
Pros
it offers all the essential features without unnecessary extras. Its connectivity with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Drive, along with excellent mobile apps and responsive customer support, make it a comprehensive solution.
Cons
There are only a few minor areas for improvement in my opinion. It would be beneficial if the software were more integrated with additional Google services like Forms, Meetings, and AppSheet. Increasing the pace of software development with more frequent updates without sacrificing quality is important. Marketing efforts should be ramped up to raise public awareness. I rarely see it mentioned in software comparisons online. Releasing an API to integrate with Google AppSheet or Zapier would extend the software's usefulness.

“Love it!
Pros
I needed a solution for a to-do list that is not just a never-ending stream but can sync with my calendar for better organization. Unlike calendar events, tasks can be checked off, and this app syncs flawlessly with calendars. After several years of use, it still performs admirably.
Cons
Absolutely nothing.

“Efficient !
Pros
Efficiency at its finest, especially with its integration into emails where most of my work resides. It simplifies task management and helps me outline what needs to be done.
Cons
It is a bit pricey. I'd definitely appreciate a small calendar for a visual representation of dates. Although not essential.

“I have been using GQueues for years
Pros
Being web-based, it's accessible from all devices I've utilized, past and present. I appreciate the ability to share and delegate tasks to team members. The integration with Google Calendar is a plus. Regular updates and enhancements are also welcomed. I highly recommend trying out the free version.
Cons
Users must possess a Google account to access the queues. However, this can be easily rectified by having users register with Google.

“Super easy to use tool just in time for the WFH era
Pros
An incredibly intuitive tool that requires minimal onboarding. The seamless integration with Google Suite is a huge advantage for our team, especially since we shifted to remote work. It keeps us aligned and tracks progress efficiently, even when we're not physically together.
Cons
I find it challenging to precisely drag and drop tasks/subtasks where I want. Especially when attempting to place a subtask directly under a task, often it 'slips away' elsewhere. Consequently, I end up having to rearrange every other subtask below it to bring it to the top.
