GQueues is a great option, but limited.

Pros

I appreciate its user-friendliness. It's straightforward, and the free version is a bonus. If you need a reliable task manager with robust sorting and filing options, this is an excellent choice. Adding multiple tasks is a breeze with the quick add feature. I mainly use it to track production tasks for my business.

Cons

I oscillate between software that excels in one aspect and software that offers a broader range of features but might lack flexibility in certain tasks. Eventually, I started gravitating towards other tools because of their versatility, although GQueues is exceptional at its core functionality.

Great Tool for Businesses that are growing from start up to a mid size corporation

Pros

Managing tasks with reminders and sorting options is a breeze. The email notifications keep me updated on task statuses, which is extremely helpful.

Cons

Being able to select specific notifications for each queue and having calendar reminders directed to the assigned person would be beneficial. There are a few functions that could certainly be enhanced to improve overall usability.

What G Suites was missing

Pros

Having been an Outlook user before, I switched to Google Apps for its cloud-based nature. GQueues fills the void that G Suites lacked, a reliable task manager.

Cons

I adore the Google Integration; it can generate tasks from my emails and synchronize with the calendar.

Don't look anywhere else

Pros

I LOVE their Intuitive interface, color-coded options, drag-and-drop functionality, customizable templates, seamless calendar and email integration, and more.

Cons

I wish there was an option to adjust font colors for better organization. Currently, that is the only feature I wish GQueues had.

My GoTo Software to ToDo

Pros

It offers a simple method for creating tasks and subtasks and boasts excellent utilization of keyboard shortcuts. The satisfaction of checking off a task and still being able to search for it later is brilliant.

Cons

Adding a touch more color would be nice, although it's superior to other options I have used.

The best to-do list

Pros

It allows me to swiftly create structured action lists, both for myself and my colleagues, using keyboard shortcuts.

Not a heavy user - but love it

Pros

While I do not use all its functions extensively, I love the ability to create and share lists. The reminders have significantly eased my life, both for recurring tasks and one-time events. I can capture everything and stay on top of my to-do list effortlessly.

Cons

It frequently requires me to sign in.

Simply the best to-do list software there is.

Pros

Deeply integrated with Google Apps, incredibly user-friendly, and works seamlessly across my phone and desktop. It's the best GTD software I have come across.

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints. I can't think of any drawbacks for this software whatsoever.

GQueues is Fantastic

Pros

I am impressed with how it seamlessly integrates with Google Calendar and Gmail. It effortlessly adapts into a GTD system, catering to various needs and levels of organization.

Cons

Occasionally, every 3-4 months, if it is a pinned tab, it may fail to load correctly. Simply unpin, close, and reopen after clearing the cache to resolve. Also, the dragging and dropping/nesting of multiple tasks can be awkward at times.

Not Only Good For Future Planning but Great for Visual Accountability

Pros

My fav thing about this software is their seamless integration with Google Calendar.

Cons

My primary complaint is that in Android, duplicating a task isn't possible. For instance, if I know I'll receive three calls in one day for the same project, in Windows, duplicating the task twice is effortless. In Android, I have to recreate each copy individually. Also, attachments don't seem to be visible.

Great task and project management software for G-Suite companies

Pros

it is easy to grasp and implement. Perfect for collaborative efforts and project management. Converting emails into tasks is a feature I particularly love.

Cons

Like all online software, it occasionally exhibits quirks, but none are persistent or restrictive. For instance, occasionally (though not regularly), dragging the task order in sub-tasks doesn't function as expected.
