We use it to log pre-sales requests in a timely and orderly manner. It's truly helpful and provides a quick way to document these requests. We also use it for booking holidays and its easy to see the number of days used and when they were taken.
Cons
I haven't encountered any cons while using Hub Planner for the specific purpose I use it.
