Pros
The color coding was a favorite of mine since it allowed me to get ahead my upcoming tasks. The font also looked modern after the recent update.
Cons
The hover state is too sensitive, and it can be time consuming to reapply filters after refreshing the page. When requesting time, I can't add notes to explain the purpose to project managers, so I have to send separate messages on Slack.

Using it was not a problem and it had an intuitive interface. With just a quick look I could see all the experts and their availability. It also seamlessly integrated with other systems through the provided REST API, allowing for easy management of support hour rates, working hours and vacations.
Cons
This product offers many more features than I actually utilize. I primarily use the scheduling view and the small bugs there are the most frustrating aspect for me. Nonetheless, it has the best user interface I have seen in this type of application.

I can't track time for individual developments directly. I have to use categories for that and with the increasing number of ongoing projects, the dropdown list becomes longer and harder to manage each day.
