Pros

Huddle helps me manage files easily and quickly. I can access and share documents safely. It's simple to use.

Cons

Excellent resource for exchanging working reports

Pros

I like that I can track who opens workspaces, leave comments, and get notifications.

Cons

Sometimes, a document freezes and you have to download it again. It doesn't happen often, but there are workarounds or tech support helps quickly.

Huddle: When Simple is Good

Pros

Huddle is nice and simple for all users. It's great for writers and has good functionality as a smart device app.

Cons

When working with large documents, it's hard to go back to where you were after clicking on a link. I might be missing something.

Secure site for file sharing

Pros

We use Huddle to share files with auditors. It's convenient and fast for uploading big files.

Cons

One downside is when you export files from Huddle, they're saved as a zip file. You have to copy and paste the subfolders twice to save them as regular files.
