Very positive. A great tool for collaborative work on bids and sharing developments with customers.

Pros

It's user-friendly and adds value quickly, although its interface may feel somewhat outdated. However, its flexibility and minimal customization requirements make it a versatile tool.

Cons

Huddle could enhance its ability to directly import and export tasks and diary entries from other systems such as Outlook or Salesforce.

Easy to use and increases collaboration

Pros

While the product is easy to use and quickly adopted, its main benefit lies in its high security level and related certifications.

Cons

There is no capability to access both US and non-US server-based files simultaneously using the same desktop tool, which would be beneficial.

Some major drawbacks....

Pros

The interface is clean and intuitive, offering customizable folder access and useful task features. The version history restore feature is particularly neat.

Cons

The absence of reporting capacity, problems with uploading folders, and the creation of multiple duplicates by the desktop app can lead to cluttered hard drives. The desktop app nests synced folders deeply and hides files on Macs, causing additional issues. Zip files can only be uncompressed using the desktop app, complicating bulk uploads. Custom task fields offer limited filtering options. Additionally, critical project management features like GANTT charts, timelines, and time tracking are missing.
