“Simple and easy to use”
Pros
The best part by far is the simple and intuitive interface. Our billers have no trouble learning and utilizing the program. It is quicker and more efficient to enter time here compared to our previous system.
Cons
I am not fond of the absence of single sign-on for the Outlook add-in. Single sign-on works perfectly fine for the desktop and mobile app, but it's difficult to explain to our users that they need a different password for the Outlook add-in.

“Smooth transition to iTimekeep”
Pros
The most beneficial aspect of iTimekeep is its user-friendly interface for timekeepers. It can be accessed on multiple devices according to the timekeepers preference. It appears to be the industry standard in the legal field, as when we explored alternatives to our legacy system, iTimekeep was consistently recommended.
Cons
When comparing it to the legacy timekeeping system we used, I can't think of anything I dislike. We hardly experience any issues with iTimekeep on a daily basis, except when there are internet problems that affect all systems.

“Almost no issues”
Pros
I like that iTimekeep allows quick move around and entry of time. Switching between fields is smooth without any noticeable delay, which has been a repeated issue with other timekeeping software I have used. Additionally, I really like the overall design and layout, as everything is clear and easy to comprehend.
Cons
There isn't anything I dislike about iTimekeep. Some areas for improvement would include providing clearer error explanations and resolving any issues that occasionally cause the program to crash across the entire firm.
