“Better planning”
Pros
It helps organize and plan the team's work which makes it much easier to keep track of what's being done. Having that kind of visibility and control is really important.
Cons
At the beginning, I had a bit of difficulty figuring out how everything worked.

“simple boards”
Pros
Widely used and recognized by engineering and product teams around the world which makes collaboration across organizations much easier. The sprint boards feel simple while still offering plenty of flexibility. Live updates and tagging work really well for teams that need to stay aligned in real time and the platform has been consistently stable.
Cons
Setup can be a bit tricky at times. Things like locating unassigned tickets quickly or building custom sprint workflows are not always easy. The classic UI also feels dated compared with some newer or smaller competitors. On top of that, certain features from the older version are missing in the new UI and moving tickets between boards or changing ticket categories could definitely be more user-friendly.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
It's a highly customizable tool that can be tailored to match just about any company's specific needs.
Cons
At times it can feel a little too complex and the new UI/UX updates sometimes end up disrupting things that were working really well before.

“Flexible reports”
Pros
One thing I appreciate about this software is how many customizable features it offers which makes it easy to adapt to our workflow and specific requirements. The reporting feature is also very useful in day-to-day work. It lets you attach files to IT tickets and automatically notify users whenever there is an update on a ticket. On top of that, creating and managing projects feels much simpler compared with a lot of competing tools. It also supports multiple users so several team members can access projects at the same time and add or update their tasks without issues.
Cons
I genuinely enjoy using this product and honestly have nothing to complain about.

“GitLab tracking”
Pros
This has been an excellent tool for keeping track of tasks, projects and issues. We currently use it alongside GitLab and that integration makes it really convenient to reference tickets directly during code reviews.
Cons
Setting up filters does come with a bit of a learning curve. The basic training is fairly easy but some of the filter shortcuts, like referencing other tasks or other users, take extra digging to figure out. I've had to do a bit of Googling to get the exact filters I wanted.

“easy management”
Pros
Among the tools I've used for agile project management, this is definitely one of the best. It keeps the to-do list well organized and makes it simple to see what's happening at any given time and what needs immediate attention. The platform is very flexible which makes it work well across different needs. Communication with stakeholders has become much more convenient through this application and that has saved us a lot of time. It works well for production use, the interface looks very good and the system feels powerful with a wide range of features and built-in flexibility.
Cons
A noticeable drawback is that uploading larger files can be an issue and the number of files you can upload is also quite limited. The pricing is a bit high for startup companies which makes it less encouraging for smaller teams to adopt.

“Information sharing”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this software is how well it handles information sharing and tracking. It also does a really good job of passing along customer issues and helping get them resolved.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this software. Everything about it feels very polished and well designed.

“Clear task view”
Pros
Using the drag-and-drop feature feels very easy. User-defined columns make it simple for everyone to get a full overview of all tasks and quickly see their current status.
Cons
Getting around through the taskbar is not very simple. At times, it takes 3 or 4 clicks just to reach the board I need. The colors used for user stories and columns could also be more simple so tracking tasks by color would be easier.

“great analytics”
Pros
It covers all the core pieces you'd want in a strong project management platform, you can create folders and keep different campaigns organized, there's plenty of room for customization and it makes it possible to connect both your internal team and external partners. I also appreciate being able to message and leave comments directly inside each ticket, plus the notifications do a good job of alerting people when something needs their attention. On top of that, the analytics are reliable and useful.
Cons
To start with the program can be tough because it's fairly complex and not especially simple at first. Once you invest enough time into learning how everything works, it does start to make more sense but there's definitely a learning curve. Another frustration is attaching files to reports, the size limit is quite small and the way attachments are handled doesn't feel very organized which can make the whole process confusing.

“Backlog management”
Pros
Between the different board options, from agile boards to Kanban boards, it does a really good job of helping teams keep track of tasks and tickets that members are actively working on. It also includes a backlog view where newly created tickets that have not yet been assigned to a sprint are listed and that has been especially useful during sprint planning since we can pull to-do tickets directly from the backlog.
Cons
One frustrating part was a software change that caused us to lose the code review field in the ticket details. We had to contact support several times before anything was resolved and even then, instead of restoring the original dropdown, they replaced it with a free-text box. That experience definitely left a poor impression of the support team although apart from that, we have been very satisfied with the software overall.

“Case tracking”
Pros
Being able to track engineering work and still maintain a customer-facing case for updates has been really helpful.
Cons
When internal work also needs customer-facing details, it ends up requiring duplicate effort. It would be much better if updates could be made in one case or issue while letting you choose what stays internal and what the customer can see.

“Tracking and linking”
Pros
There are a huge number of features for tracking and ticketing in this platform. I've been using it for more than five years and I still keep discovering functions I didn't even know were there. The ability to link tickets together and connect them across other projects is especially useful because it gives me much better visibility into overall project status.
Cons
This platform definitely feels like it was built by engineers for engineers. As someone without an engineering background, learning the best way to use it has been challenging. Even after getting past the initial learning curve some features and functions are still hard to understand so I often end up checking blog posts or asking our power users for help.

“Reliable workflows”
Pros
After getting everything configured, the software has turned out to be incredibly powerful for our team. It took some time to fine-tune the workflow but now it's working wonderfully for us. It also seems capable of doing much more and we just haven't had the time yet to really dive into all the features.
Cons
The workflow setup process could definitely be improved to feel more simple and user-friendly.

Pros
Day to day, this is the core tool we rely on to organize stories and sprints with all of our customers. It's consistently available and handles the job it's meant to do.

Pros
Hands down, this is the best option I've used when it comes to advanced product management software. It offers an incredibly sophisticated set of features and feels like it can handle just about anything you need.

“Project features”
Pros
Among the project management tools our team has tested, this one has by far the most advanced functionality. I really appreciate how much it's capable of doing. Being able to assign tasks to teammates and keep projects and each step organized in a clear, structured way is a big plus. The visual layout also looks very polished and works well.
Cons
It ended up being too advanced for what our team actually needs. We simply don't use all of the features and capabilities it offers, like product backlogs, user permissions and workflows so it feels like overkill. Even though we're part of a large enterprise, our team itself is too small to take full advantage of everything in the platform. A lot of our time went into learning the system and digging through its capabilities instead of focusing on actual work which is a major downside for project management. On top of that, it's difficult to learn, not simple at all and the learning curve is tough to get past.
