“Task lanes are fantastic”
Pros
Those separate lanes for different tasks are a lifesaver when you're handling large I.T. projects. It makes it simple to track progress and leave comments on specific tasks which is really helpful. Overall, it's been wonderful to use.
Cons
Customer service side feels a bit confusing. You can't just get to it directly from its website since there's a multi-step process involved so it's best to keep your project URL nearby.

“Flexible boards and sprint flow”
Pros
The kanban board works really well, sprint planning feels easy and the customization options make it adaptable to different workflows.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is the new view putting more focus on comments instead of the actual ticket details.

“All projects in one place”
Pros
Having one place to organize and track the status of every development project is really useful, whether it's new features, bugs, updates, quick fixes and more. It also helps a lot that I can sort items by user and communicate with the whole team directly through the platform.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is how many steps are required to close a ticket. There isn't a simple one-click option so the workflow feels longer than it should. Building dashboards is also a pretty tedious task.

“TestRail integration is excellent”
Pros
I use it every day and the biggest advantage for me is how well it integrates with Testrails. It lets me connect tasks, stories and bugs in Testrails without any hassle.
Cons
Looking up older issues can be a bit difficult at times especially when I need to track down old bugs.

“Complete bug tracking package”
Pros
This feels like a complete software package for handling project management and keeping track of everything during product development. It does a really good job of helping teams monitor bugs and follow their fixes without much hassle. By organizing work clearly for both developers and testers, it makes the development cycle much simpler and helps everyone stay on top of the product's progress.
Cons
Compared with other project management tools, the interface is not very user-friendly. From a user's perspective, the UI still needs improvement to make navigation and overall usage better.

“Task tracking platform”
Pros
This platform works really well for companies that need to keep track of tasks and everything tied to them. You can assign tasks to specific people, add comments, share files and monitor time metrics like how long it took to get the first response and how long the task took to be completed. It also lets you categorize tasks organize them into sprints and build statistics and graphs to check task statuses or compare resolution times. And that's only scratching the surface. It can be integrated with other software too and the more you tailor it to your needs, the more valuable it becomes.
Cons
Getting started as a new user can be a bit challenging. Learning all parts of the product takes time especially when you begin exploring additional features such as diagrams or statistics.

“User-friendly sprints and workflow”
Pros
Interface feels very user-friendly and managing tasks is easy since you can simply drag and drop them where needed. It works especially well for iterative development and creating or closing sprints is quick and uncomplicated.
Cons
When a task has a lot of log entries, opening it can take quite a while. The search function also isn't very simple and the API could be better supported since it's not widely adopted and the documentation is lacking.

“Agile tracking keeps teams aligned”
Pros
This tool fits really well in an Agile project setup. It covers everything I need for adding individual tasks within the Scrum team while also helping track effort and time spent. It's also useful for seeing what other team members are currently working on. On top of that, it does a good job of keeping developers and testers coordinated especially when they're working closely on a defect.
Cons
One area that could be better is report and graph generation for Sprint Reviews since that part feels a bit complicated and not very user-friendly.

“Dev and QA integration wins”
Pros
Having it work with both Dev and QA is a big plus and that makes the tool much more convenient to use overall.
Cons
Setup can be a bit tricky and since it's open source, customer support works very differently. That said, the community is helpful and usually answers questions when they come up.

“Lifecycle management hub”
Pros
Right out of the box, it works as a one-stop platform for managing the full software lifecycle. It includes project resource and budget management and it also supports Agile teams with multiple framework options. Testing is built in and it also covers defect tracking, code releases and reporting.
Cons
When it comes to connecting it with other tools, there are several bridge options but they can be extremely buggy and seem to break without warning. Since those integrations usually aren't owned by this tool, support is also very limited when problems come up.

“All-in-one team solution”
Pros

“Agile tracking done right”
Pros
Using this tool has been a very positive experience thanks to its attractive, user-friendly interface and the wide range of features for managing projects and issue tickets. It makes it simple to follow each team member's progress which is especially helpful when working on Agile projects. The timeline view and visual progress tracking toward completion are also presented in a clear and useful way.
Cons
At the beginning, the tool can feel a little overwhelming because there are so many configuration options available. Creating filters can also be somewhat complicated.
