“quick learning curve”
Pros
The developers I work with already know their way around it and feel comfortable using it so getting started and managing everything was simple.
Cons
Moving over from other project management tools can be challenging.

“reliable issue tracking”
Pros
Tracking issues with this has been really effective and the interface is easy to work with. Searching for tickets and keeping up with them is very simple and the support team along with the documentation has been great.
Cons
Software licensing feels a bit expensive and could definitely be better in my opinion. It would also help to have more functionality available in the dashboards.

“configuration overload”
Pros
One thing it does well is adapt to just about any project-tracking methodology a customer wants to follow and that flexibility is definitely a plus. At the same time, that's also exactly why I don't enjoy using it.
Cons
From my perspective software feels overly complex and sluggish. Becoming an efficient user takes a lot of time and patience which is frustrating. I prefer a tool that leans more on conventions than endless configuration. At our company, we even have one person acting as the IT gatekeeper so everyone else doesn't need deep expertise just to use the system.

“agile planning success”
Pros
Breaking work down into Epics and Stories is one of the things I really enjoy about this software. It makes planning projects much more manageable. Since our team uses Agile, the Sprint tracking has also been very helpful and fits well with how we work.
Cons
The reporting side feels a little weak and somewhat awkward. You can pull the information you need but it takes time to learn how to get the right data. The reporting interface itself is also fairly tough to work with.

“smart tracking interface”
Pros
Having the wiki and time tracker in one place works really well for me especially since I can write in markdown and keep an eye on progress without extra hassle. The bug tracker also connects closely with version control tools like GitHub which makes managing development work much more convenient. On top of that, the interface looks clean and the blue color scheme is friendly for people with color blindness.
Cons
Feature I'd still like to see is better support for LaTeX in the wiki, along with an easier way to edit mathematical expressions.

“excellent bug workflow”
Pros
Right away, it felt very user-friendly. The bug tracking works really well and being able to link bugs to stories or epics is especially helpful. It also offers a great Kanban/Agile approach for tracking iterations which makes managing work much more organized.
Cons
One downside is that integrating it with external applications is not very easy.

“constant improvements”
Pros
The platform keeps getting regular improvements and updates which is definitely a plus. Even with that progress, it still feels a step behind some of its competitors.
Cons
One frustrating part is how often it ends up being out of service or down for maintenance. There were quite a few times when we had to clear the cache on our website just to get new homepage banners to go live and it sometimes took over 24 hours before the issue was resolved.

“IT admin hub”
Pros
It's become a big part of how our team handles IT admin work every day and we rely on it for support tickets as well. Having everything tied together in one system is a huge benefit and overall it's been a fantastic integrated solution for us.
Cons
A few parts of the interface feel outdated and awkward and they're not especially user-friendly. On top of that, the support team is quite slow to communicate when there's an outage and their response is often just to tell us to wait.

“affordable dashboards”
Pros
Keeping development projects organized is much simpler with this tool and it's pretty easy to use. It comes with great dashboard-building features, plus a variety of widgets that help put together reports that look polished and are actually useful. On top of that, the licensing cost is very affordable.
Cons
At times, certain parts aren't as simple as they should be so it can take a while to understand how to get things done.

“fully customizable”
Pros
It's flexible enough to be tailored to whatever you need to do which is a big plus. I'm pretty sure I still haven't explored every feature it offers yet it already covers everything I need without any problems. On top of that, the mobile app is available and I use it a lot which makes it even more useful.
Cons
Occasionally it can be difficult to adjust settings or locate a specific feature when you need it. I'd also prefer a more user-friendly interface overall. For instance, last week I couldn't create a report for longer than one month even though I needed a report that covered the entire project.

“hard navigation”
Pros
At a company with dedicated IT and operations teams, we use this tool to report problems and upvote issues that affect multiple people. Being able to add votes to recurring or widely shared problems is really helpful because it gives our IT/Ops team a clearer picture of what needs attention most at any given time.
Cons
Getting around the system is pretty challenging. I regularly struggle to locate existing tickets or open other people's tickets so I can vote on them. Better navigation would make a big difference.

“rich feature set”
Pros
After using quite a few similar apps before, this one clearly stands ahead. It's a sophisticated application packed with useful tools and strong functionality. The dashboard is user-friendly and can be customized to fit different needs and the filters make navigation very simple. Its rich interface and overall feature set really put it ahead of the rest.
Cons
The initial setup can be a bit challenging but once everything is configured, using it becomes very easy.

“clean UI accountability”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels simple, polished and clean while still being simple enough for just about anyone to pick up and use. It keeps tasks clear and readable and communication with my small team has been much more organized because of it. We've also been able to keep track of one another's progress on tasks and stay accountable thanks to the scheduled progress check-ins.
Cons
A few more task progress options would help my team understand exactly where we stand when it comes to finishing a task although the current tags still do the job well enough overall.

“clear project control”
Pros
Managing projects feels well organized here because tasks can be assigned to specific people, priorities can be set clearly and time can be tracked as part of the workflow.
Cons
Time tracking feature is the part I'm not happy with since everything has to be entered manually and even one forgotten entry can throw off the reporting graphs.

“tracking that delivers”
Pros
Across several organizations in my career, this has consistently been a user-friendly project management and bug tracking tool. Linking defects is easy and generating a traceability matrix is very convenient. It's also flexible enough to be customized around an organization's specific requirements.
Cons
It has been helpful for our team and I really haven't noticed any missing features.

“sprint board ecosystem”
Pros
Our team gets a lot of value from the sprint board since it's a highly useful visual tool for planning and tracking work. There are also plenty of plug-ins and add-ons available that genuinely help our team. Another big advantage is having the full product suite integrate easily with it which makes the overall experience even more beneficial.
Cons
One issue, at least in our enterprise environment, is that the SSO login doesn't function properly.

“management flexibility”
Pros
Almost every part of project management can be customized and configured in this software. When the built-in features don't cover everything, you can extend it with plugins so the possibilities feel nearly endless.
Cons
It comes with a huge number of functions which can feel overwhelming at first and makes it harder to learn how to use it properly. The newer UI introduced since 2017 has improved that quite a bit though.

“saved filters win”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how adaptable it is to different workflows. Every user can set up dashboards with ticket lists and other widgets that matter to them personally. Filtering tickets is easy and being able to save those filters for later makes the whole process even more convenient.
Cons
The "in progress" feature is disappointing because it doesn't actually measure how long you've been working on a project. Because of that, I have to dig through the history to find when I changed it to in progress so I know what start date and time to enter when logging my work.
