“Agile tracking that delivers”
Pros
It gives us a great way to follow the agile framework for requirement elicitation, tracking and overall management.
Cons
Pricing is on the higher side so there are times when we end up using free software instead.

“Flexible for agile teams”
Pros
Our software development team has been using it for the last five years and it has worked really well for us. Updates are released regularly and can be applied within very short maintenance windows which keeps disruption to a minimum. It's also fairly simple to customize internally so we've been able to adapt it to match our agile workflow quite well.
Cons
Salesforce connector is expensive and it doesn't really add much when it comes to extra functionality.

“Helpful task tracking setup”
Pros
It does a good job showing which tasks are in progress, completed or still in the queue. The environment is very user-friendly and makes it simple to stay organized.
Cons
One downside is that the board does not refresh automatically when new tasks are added.

“Customizable and packed with options”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how flexible the platform is. It comes with a wide range of features and there are plenty of plugins and extensions available which gives it a lot of room to adapt to different needs.
Cons
It includes a lot of features that never get used while some of the ones you actually need are missing entirely. The pricing is also very high and having to pay extra for plugins and extensions makes it even more expensive. Support is not very responsive when it comes to feature requests. It works well enough for Scrum but its Kanban implementation still feels quite lacking.

“Project tracking tools”
Pros
There's a lot you can configure so it can handle just about anything you need. It's also very effective for tracking projects and keeping everything organized.
Cons
Huge number of configuration options can make it hard to figure out what's actually essential. We also had to update our hosting server which may have contributed to the problem but the server was frequently going down and needed reboots to become accessible again. On top of that, updating a project felt pretty time-consuming.

“User-friendly and reliable”
Pros
Across several companies where I've worked, this has consistently been one of the most approachable tools to use. The biggest advantage is how user-friendly it is, pretty much anyone can jump in and start using it without much trouble. Adding teammates to tickets is simple and the email alerts for tickets you're watching or have created are really helpful for staying on top of things.
Cons
The one difficult part is when the system has downtime. Because it's such an essential part of how our company operates and is built into the workflow, getting work done becomes really challenging when it's unavailable. Thankfully, that doesn't happen very often.

“Agile teamwork with integrations”
Pros
Getting the team engaged and aligned around an Agile ecosystem was pretty easy and it helped us start working together quickly. The integration with external systems like BitBucket is also really useful and makes life much easier for developers.
Cons
Sometimes finding specific features can be a little difficult. It's not always clear where certain things are located or what they're called and some of the documentation feels outdated and doesn't fully match the version I'm using.

“Flexible workflows for multiple projects”
Pros
One thing that works really well is how items can be organized into Features, User Stories, Bugs, Tasks and other types. It also does a great job of handling relationships between those items which makes tracking work much more manageable. Having the ability to run multiple projects under a single subscription is also very useful. On top of that, it supports integration with test management tools and the option to create custom workflows and states adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost since it is not free and the subscription fee can be quite high. A few features are not very user-friendly either so they can be difficult to find or navigate. Managing effort is also not very easy which makes that part of the system a bit harder to work with.

“Great ticketing platform”
Pros
It comes very close to what I'd want in an ideal ticketing system. Pretty much every feature you'd expect is included and the interface feels fairly simple to work with.
Cons
I think it's missing a few functions that seem pretty essential. On top of that some of the extra features are harder to find than they should be and there isn't much documentation or tutorial content available when you need guidance.

“Agile visibility done right”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and the workflow is simple to follow. The burn down charts are especially useful for real agile development cycles. It gives the whole team clear visibility into what everyone is working on which helps a lot with coordination. It also fits well into different online environments so it can serve as a central hub for projects and collaboration.
Cons
One downside is that you have to use the cloud version and that can feel limiting if you need deeper integration with other systems.

Pros
Being able to see what teammates are working on is really valuable. It helps keep everyone in the loop and makes it easier to stay on top of ongoing work.

“Useful scrum boards with weak docs”
Pros
Using this helps organize projects in a clear way especially when it comes to sprint planning. Since developers can update the status of individual user stories, the team can quickly understand how the project is progressing just by checking the scrum board.
Cons
The documentation is lacking so when something goes wrong or you get stuck, finding a solution can be difficult.

“Customizable editing and integrations”
Pros
Drag-and-drop content editing is really convenient and tracking progress or jotting down notes is simple. Setting up separate projects is quick which makes it easy to keep resources organized. The platform is user-friendly overall and it works nicely with other tools too especially Invision.
Cons
It can take a little time to understand if you're not already familiar with the Agile workflow.

“Quick issue tracking wins”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and the workflow just makes sense, I'm not wasting time messing with settings. I can jump in, submit issues, keep track of open ones and move on. The email notifications also show up when I actually need them which helps a lot.
Cons

“Better structure and task clarity”
Pros
Having this in place has brought a much tighter structure to the way we handle our processes and that has been a real benefit. Responsibilities are clearer, issues and tasks are easier to trace and the overview of dependencies is much better. The biggest advantage for me is how well it helps me stay organized with my own work and manage my time more effectively throughout the day.
Cons
One challenge is that the platform is huge and comes with a massive number of options. Because of that, it can sometimes be hard to locate exactly what you need in the moment or even understand everything it is capable of. At our company, we actually had to create a separate manual just to help people navigate and use it properly.
