Works as expected

Pros

We are a sports organization with 1150 employees and we have been using Justworks for over 2 years. It has simplified our remotework management. Visualizing and paying our hardworking staff has become easy and seamless too.

Cons

Honestly there isn't a single feature of Justworks that we have any issues with. It's a perfect product.

Great tool, overall!!!

Pros

I really like how clean and neat the webpage is. It makes tracking time and using PTO very easy and simple. Plus the navigation is simple, everything is clear and it gets straight to the point. I simply love it.

Cons

Frankly I can't complain about this software at all. I absolutely love it.

Not ideal for everything

Pros

Justworks Hours is easy to use. Also managing PTO requests within is simple too. In short it has proven to be a valuable tool for us.

Cons

The downside is that it is restrictive when it comes to adding users outside of the US, which isn't great for businesses like ours with a fully remote setup.

Had a great experience

Pros

We have had a positive experience with this software. It is user friendly and makes time tracking easy for us especially with the offline tracking feature for remote work.

Cons

One issue I've noticed is that it is hard to clock out of a break on time. The software calculates time down to the second, but it doesn't show that in the employee view which makes it tricky.

Justworks is user-friendly

Pros

It is simply the best for the computer software industry, and I figured out how to use the platform without needing any formal training.

Cons

The Slack integration does not always work consistently which is a major issue I have noticed. Other than that, everything else about is fine.

Time tracking made simple

Pros

Signing in and managing my time is simple and efficient. However I've encountered some errors during specific times of the day when trying to add a break but they are easily adjusted.

Cons

None that I can think of it's very easy to use.

Pros

Justworks is a great and the simplest product I have ever use. Like it is so user friendly that I don't need any advanced computer skills to get the hang of it.

Cons

One downside I have noticed is that it sometimes adds or deducts a minute because of a slight misalignment with the seconds.

Pros

Cons

The vacation tracking feature is my fav...

Pros

I really love how easy it is to access all the payroll information, especially paystubs. The vacation tracking feature is also proven to be very helpful for managers.

Cons

Pros

With Justworks Hours it is easy to pull reports for timekeeping. The best thing about it is that it is integrated with the time-off system, and customer support is amazing too.

Cons

There's a slight learning curve mainly when we first use it for reports but the customer service team is great at explaining.

Pros

Boomr's time tracking features make it easy for me to supervise employee's time. Plus I find the instant documentation of timeoff and approvals is a valuable feature.

Cons

It took me a few weeks to get comfortable making changes and correcting shifts, but once I got the hang of it, it became much easier.

Everyone on our team finds it easy to use

Pros

Transitioning to Boomr was so easy, and it is really easy to use. Our whole team was able to get the hang of it without any issues. Plus, the customer support is amazing as they guided us so well that payroll and invoicing became the simplest task for us.

Cons

While we expected a scheduling component to be added, there have been delays in its release.
