“Excellent Light-to-Medium Weight Tool

Pros

It fulfills all my Kanban Board needs right out of the box, and it does so intuitively without getting overwhelmed by unnecessary optimizations or extra features. However, if you do want additional features, they are easy to implement.

Cons

The software gives off the impression that it was designed and documented by engineers rather than sales staff, and its simple design is a major selling point for me, although others may have a different opinion. The "simple out of the box, opt-in to additional features" approach does require a bit more initial configuration, but I still consider it good design. I haven't fully explored their documentation yet, so there might be a few minor desirable features (like colored tags and saving multiple filtered views) that are either missing or require a paid subscription.

“Immediate Visibility into my workflow

Pros

The ability to have multiple tiers within a column allows me to create a real view of my process. The clarity of the on-screen view enhances visibility of the process. It would be great to present the board on a larger screen in the workspace for live visibility of the work status. The initial reporting provides basic metrics, which is helpful.

Cons

I would like to have a bit more granularity in reporting to analyze the time spent on tasks and display it graphically. Additionally, I would prefer tighter enforcement of WIP limits, as they are currently present but not strictly enforced.

The flexible way of managing workflows sets it apart from other Kanban tools I've seen.

Cons

Occasionally, I wish I could modify the font used in tile headers.
