Volunteer Management with Lineup

Pros

Lineup is extremely user-friendly and intuitive.

Cons

Certain features are currently unavailable, but Lineup is actively addressing this by planning for future improvements, such as the ability to attach documents to team emails sent through Lineup.

Fantastic product for tracking large groups!

Pros

SHRM organizes nearly 30 projects each year, and I personally oversee our cohort of almost 1800 participants. Lineup's product was greatly needed to efficiently manage this group, and they have delivered on that and more! This product surpasses our outdated practices of surveying, recruiting, and tracking participants; now, everything is consolidated in one convenient location.

Cons

I am well aware that new features are regularly introduced, leaving me with no qualms about the product. I am eagerly looking forward to Lineup's ongoing advancements, confident that they will continue to simplify my life.

Lineup is an excellent volunteer management solution.

Pros

Lineup proves to be highly intuitive and easy to navigate. Previously, we relied on shared spreadsheets and email to coordinate our volunteers. With Lineup, we've successfully streamlined the onboarding and assignment of volunteers. Each volunteer's record contains all the information needed to easily identify assignments within our project teams. Communication with volunteers via Lineup is easy to set up, and all emails are tracked for historical reference. Defining, populating, tracking, and editing teams is straightforward, adapting easily to changes over time. Our administrative team collaborates more effectively with real-time access to volunteer records, team status, and post-project evaluations.

Cons

Up to now, we have not identified any shortcomings in this system, and the Lineup team has consistently been proactive in anticipating our needs.
