Pros
The ease of use of the software is my favorite aspect. As an on-site manager, I find it helpful to quickly open the app on my phone and optimize my audits to provide our corporate offices with up to date store information.
Cons
One feature I'm not particularly fond of is the automatic emails. I find that they provide limited information at a glance. To understand it fully you have to click on the email.
