The ease of use of the product has made implementation simple and straightforward. The apps are interactive and the data collection and reporting give me a clear understanding of my business's operational status and where we need to focus.

There have been a few glitches and limitations. The AuditApp photo capabilities could be improved to allow multiple photos on actions and a zoom feature when reviewing the taken photos. Additionally speeding up the submission function at the end of the audit would be beneficial. The support team has been open to feedback and I genuinely believe these features are being improved.

The checklists and audits are a game changer for retail chains. Having access to every location in one centralized place, with completion rates, averages and outliers is incredibly helpful when managing multiple locations.

The best thing about this software is that when anyone conducts a safety audit, we can see pictures of what needs to be fixed. The visual aspect is what I like the most, along with the reminder emails for open tasks.

Editing the audit is a line by line process, I mean one at a time. There is no function to make mass changes and save them quickly.

It's very much user-friendly and makes daily tasks quicker and more manageable. The information can be shared immediately.

I haven't seen a flash option on the in app camera, and when adding a comment there's no option to attach a photo from your device. It only provides the in-app option to take a photo at that moment. "Notes" provides this functionality but it would be nicer to add a picture comment under a specific task.

It's easy for new management to use. We use it three times a day.

It can be repetitive at times and some of the smaller features feel odd. However it gets the job done.

The software is user-friendly and saves a lot of time. Before this software, I did everything with pen and paper then had to retype it into an Excel sheet. With MeazureUp, everything is in one place and the audit formats for printing are professional and clear. We use a similar app called Zenput for our eastern sites and to be honest it's terrible. MeazureUp is far better to the other software. The other software doesn't offer customization. You're basically forced to use their format or nothing at all. They have no dashboard function, and the layout is cumbersome. MeazureUp has got it all figured out!

Cons

I wish we could post more than one photo in the action plan tab of our audit app. Additionally the photos in the action plan tab don't auto-rotate with the phones camera so I have to hold my phone in a panoramic style to take normally framed photos.
