Pros
Transitioning from pen and paper audits was a key benefit for us. It truly allowed us to better track our store audits and dive deeper into the data.
Cons
For our our daily checks, we use a temperature log. I feel that the user interface could be simplified to make it easier. One of the competitors in the market (RiskLimiter) seems to have a more detailed temperature log with interactive thermometers.

Pros
MeazureUp is a user friendly tool for auditing and checklisting. The interface is simple and easy to navigate and fill in. The results are instant and can be easily referenced later. The ability to track frequently missed items is also fantastic as it allows you to address consistent problems in the moment.
Cons
As an Android user, sometimes the updates cause usability issues. However the development team is quick to address and fix them.

Pros
The features are designed exactly as users and auditors would like to see. What I like the most is the ability to directly print a report to PDF rather than having to save all the reports. As all are readily available on the dashboard.
Cons
When deleting a report, you can't just delete the report itself instead you have to delete each subheading and category as well. This consumes a lot of time

Pros
What I love most about this software is how user-friendly it is, from user administration, hierarchy and configuration to the end user experience. It is very simple. The great features and analytics which includes full access to their API, are also great.
Cons
This isn't MeazureUp's fault at all but it can be hard to get people to transition from paper or Excel to an easy to use and robust app.

Pros
They have made significant progress since we first started using them. Many of the issues and glitches have been resolved including improvements in picture quality. In short the support team is quite nice when require assistance.
Cons
I think that the follow-up features of the audits could be more user-friendly for both auditors and franchisees. We currently don't utilize this feature but we should. There are times when the dashboard displays an overwhelming amount of information. Here I would prefer a more streamlined view. It would be beneficial to have automatic emails sent to locations with overdue tasks. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the ability to extract Excel spreadsheets with all past and present scores (overall score and scores for each section) for individual or selected locations, or even for all locations.
