“Does what it is supposed to

The UI of this app is delightful and makes the user experience highly enjoyable!

Cons

The mobile app has some scaling issues making it difficult to view all the information.

Its frustrating that there is no clear indication of how to close a task window. I discovered that clicking outside the box closes it instead of having a "DONE" button (which doesn't exist) or an "X" button

Pros

I like how MeisterTask functions and its aesthetically pleasing and clean UI. If you are searching for a tool that covers organization, task management and project management with a wide range of options look no further. MeisterTask offers everything you need in its free version but if you want additional features,a reasonably priced subscription of around $10 per month is available. It is truly a great product!

Cons

So far I have not faced any problems. Occasionally there is a minor glitch on the server but they resolve it within minutes.

MeisterTask is essential for my daily project management. My supervisor can easily view my schedule and message me when necessary.

Every day I am more grateful that we integrated MeisterTask into our nonprofit's suite of tools. Without it, I cannot imagine how we would manage our current workload!

Cons

The mobile app should allow searching and selecting text for archived tasks. This capability exists in the desktop web app but needs to be implemented in the mobile app. Its also problematic that the mobile app cannot list over 50 tasks without resorting to a workaround.

MeisterTask provides a comprehensive solution for all our management needs. We utilize it to create new projects, monitor progress, track departments involved and ultimately sign off and archive completed tasks.

At this stage, theres nothing for me to complain about. Everything is functioning as it should for my current job role.

MeisterTask is a visually appealing and great task management tool that stands out for its ease of use and visual approach. Unlike traditional text based task managers MeisterTask allows me to create and organize tasks using visual cards and customizable workflows. Its effortless to set up and navigate making it an excellent choice for individuals or teams aiming to enhance productivity and efficiency. MeisterTask's Kanban-style interface also helps limit work in progress, ensuring timely task completion within budget. Moreover MeisterTask is available on all platforms including desktop and mobile, enabling access to tasks from anywhere. Using MeisterTask not only boosts productivity but also adds a touch of fun with its vibrant colors, animations and user friendly interface.

Cons

MeisterTask is an excellent task management tool with numerous advantages but it does have a few drawbacks. One of its main limitations is the lack of flexibility in customizing repeating tasks. Unlike other task managers MeisterTask does not offer many options for setting up repeating tasks such as specifying a task to repeat three days after its last completion. Additionally the tool is not as well integrated with Siri as some other task management tools, which can be a disadvantage for users who heavily rely on voice commands.

I have experimented with various tools to consolidate my to do lists, track task duration and stay ahead of deadlines. However each tool always seemed to lack a few key features that ultimately led me to stop using them. MeisterTask, on the other hand fulfills all my requirements. It keeps me on track with all my responsibilities not just for work but also for studying and life in general.

Cons

I believe the price might be slightly high if someone like me intends to use it for personal purposes. However it should not be a hindrance if its used within a group or team setting as it would be worth every penny spent.

“Great software for drag and drop task management

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. It would be great to have the option to add color to the actual task cards similar to colored post it notes rather than just the columns.

Cons

The fact that they have limited the number of projects for non paying users is a downside. I rarely use it and its not crucial for my business. so the incentive to upgrade to a paid plan isn't significant for me.

One of MeisterTasks standout features is its ability to effortlessly track the time spent on specific tasks

Its not possible to create custom reports and the prepared reports are sometimes not very useful.

MeisterTask is incredibly effortless to use and does not cost a dime. Its particularly beneficial for organizations with limited funds as it allows for efficient project organization and management.

This program is both easy to use and effective. I have been searching for a tool like this for a while and when I found MeisterTask I was amazed at how simple it was to navigate.

I really like how easy it is to collaborate in real time. The checklist feature is helpful for organizing tasks and the automations are a lifesaver for our busy team with recurring tasks.

In my opinion it would be beneficial to have the scheduling feature available across projects and there could be more inter project functionality.

MeisterTasks user friendly interface is one of its major advantages. Its easy to navigate and use even for team members who may not be tech savvy.

Cons

It would be beneficial to have the option to put tasks in a "waiting" mode in addition to the "completed" and "archive" options. Tasks in the waiting mode would automatically be added to the WAITING list.
