What I like about MeisterTask is how it simplifies keeping track of my daily and weekly tasks. It allows my manager to add tasks easily and helps me stay on track.

Cons

The only issue I encounter is that sometimes when I try to access it on my phone after a while it lags.

Its easy to access, and the user interface is quite intuitive

I would like more extensive customization of the user interface the ability to assign multiple people to a task, and the option to manually add time to a task.

Managing workloads becomes effortless with MeisterTask as it allows for a comprehensive overview of all pending tasks and enables easy progress tracking. I particularly appreciate the ability to break down tasks into subtasks.

Sometimes it does not log in properly and I have to keep refreshing for it to remember me.

Working with the Kanban approach is incredibly easy. Its hands down the best application I know for this purpose.

Cons

I found it complex to stop recurring tasks once they were completed. Every week they would reappear as new tasks, and I could not find a solution in the online help section.

I incorporated MeisterTask into my project planning after using MindMeister and it seamlessly complemented the process. I appreciate the various view options that provide different perspectives on the project. It is a quick way to showcase my daily accomplishments when my manager asks about them.

Cons

The layout takes time for people to learn so you need to plan to guide them through the process. I am not asking for changes. It is just that the new process takes time to adapt to.

Without a doubt my favorite aspect of this app is the abundance of automation tools. They streamline processes and eliminate repetitive tasks.

I would prefer a more effective way to manage all my tasks from multiple projects on a single dashboard. The provided agenda option and pinning are a good start but I would like more flexibility and automation integrated into the agenda dashboard.

MeisterTasks project management functionality has proven invaluable for our team whether we are working in the office or remotely. By maximizing organization, accountability and communication, it has facilitated a smooth transition into a hybrid work environment.

There are times when glitches with email notifications not always being sent. We have emphasized the importance of keeping the window open at all times but it would be nice to rely on the notifications consistently.

Currently I cannot think of any negatives. maybe adding a chat/call feature would be a great addition.

I am not a fan of receiving an abundance of email notifications. I check my tasks daily and don't require all the emails.

As a copywriter I am constantly juggling multiple projects for various clients. MeisterTask simplifies the process by providing an easy to visualize workflow where I can store all the necessary links, files and more. No more constant switching between platforms like Google Drive and email. Having everything in one place saves me an incredible amount of time

Cons

Resetting recurring tasks at the beginning of each week seems a bit cumbersome but its possible I haven't fully grasped it yet.

The login and setup processes are straightforward and easy to understand.

I cannot find any cons. I am currently using the free trial version.
