“Very simple way to assign new activities to employees.”

Pros

We have been thoroughly impressed with the seamless manner in which MeisterTask has allowed us to handle all our activities. I appreciated having real time status updates for all tasks with both board and column views providing comfort and clarity. The main panel allowed me to monitor ongoing, scheduled and completed tasks effortlessly. Additionally, MeisterTask offered collaborative features that facilitated communication, file sharing, and teamwork. The platform also allowed us to set task deadlines, receive alerts for pending tasks, assign tasks for specific dates, and much more. It truly is a comprehensive platform.

Cons

One issue I encountered in MeisterTask is the absence of a backup function for all the information on the platform. This means that if an employee accidentally deletes an activity note we wont be able to recover it. Additionally if team conversations are deleted due to a system error, the information cannot be retrieved. While the general MeisterTask system works well, they need to implement a feature to recover or save important information.

MeisterTask is an exceptional application for time management and boosting productivity. The layout is straightforward yet engaging. It boasts robust capabilities that aid users in managing their work, teams and projects effectively.

Cons

The base subscription of MeisterTask has limited functionality and lacks customization options which is a drawback. The mobile app also lacks some advanced capabilities available on the website.

The interface is great and easy to navigate, simplifying project management tasks. It seamlessly integrates with other tools, offers real time collaboration features and provides competitive pricing even for large teams.

Cons

The tool does not have certain features that competitors offer for free. Learning everything in this software requires time and watching tutorials. The integration with other software is moderately satisfactory.

When setting up project management tools for your team, its important to have the ability to quickly create and modify tasks while maintaining a clear overview of the project. MeisterTask excels in all these aspects!

Cons

I appreciate the softwares simplicity. It would be great to enhance two features: 1. improved handling of completed tasks and 2. better visualization options for project progress.

Pros

As an Android user I rely on MeisterTask for both personal and professional purposes. On a personal level it helps me stay organized with my tasks and reminders. In my current project, we utilize MeisterTask for team level assignments, note-taking, and setting reminders for important activities. It's an all in one solution that covers project management, time tracking, and much more.

Cons

The free version should offer expanded features for individual users. It might be a flaw specific to Android devices but notifications don't always appear when they should.

I absolutely loved that MeisterTask provides all the necessary tools for planning and executing projects, whether you're an individual or part of a team at different levels.

Cons

Since its a comprehensive product the user interface and experience (UI/UX) could be made more user friendly for easier navigation. With so many available features like a time tracker there should be a simple onboarding process.

The setup process for the main features is straightforward, and some features that other tools charge a monthly fee for are available for free in MeisterTask.

The user experience (UX) is not the best and I hope they worked on improving that.

An update caused an issue with an app integration in the past but they resolved it quickly. Apart from that its a great tool.

In my four months of using MeisterTask I have found it to be a fantastic tool although there is room for improvement. The interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I never have to think twice about how to perform a task since everything is conveniently accessible. It's user friendly and the automatic syncing across devices is a major plus.

Cons

Some improvements that would be welcome include a more personalized calendar and better time tracking choices.

MeisterTask has become my go to project management, organization and tracking system. I have customized it to suit my needs and share it with my virtual team ensuring everyone is on the same page. I am incredibly grateful for this all in one solution.

It took me some time to fully embrace it. It required me to get organized which is more of a positive aspect than a negative one, though.

I have tried numerous project and task management platforms, but MeisterTask is hands down the best and easiest to use. Unlike other platforms I have used in the past MeisterTask does not lack any critical features. It truly has everything our team needs and there is hardly any functionality missing. Its perfect for managing team projects, organizing personal tasks, planning projects with Kanban boards, fostering creative project development, and so much more.

Cons

Our team frequently works offsite and some members do not always have internet access. The app lacks offline functionality which is extremely frustrating for those team members. They have to resort to another method for taking notes and later upload them into MeisterTask.
