I adopted this tool to help manage multitasking. As our school has grown from an oversized homeschool to a small/medium sized institution with over 400 staff and students. MeisterTask has been instrumental in keeping my team on top of things.

I am currently using MeisterTask but I am probably not utilizing its full potential. So I cannot pinpoint anything specific just yet.

Since adopting the Business package of MeisterTask, we have been blown away by the UI, the clear dashboards and the incredible functionality. In just a few weeks we have completely revolutionized our approach to project management, serving both large and small clients across multiple regions. This tool goes beyond usefulness and quickly becomes an essential component of your daily life.

Its quite pricey compared to other options in the market. Additionally the Zapier integration which limits you to just one custom field, needs to be addressed. However I am sure their developers are working on it.

Throughout my businesss lifetime I have tried numerous task and project management tools. However none compare to MeisterTask in terms of ease of use and value for money. Not to mention its the most visually appealing and colorful tool I have ever used. Working with it every day is a true pleasure.

We have been thoroughly impressed with the seamless manner in which MeisterTask has allowed us to handle all our activities. I appreciated having real time status updates for all tasks with both board and column views providing comfort and clarity. The main panel allowed me to monitor ongoing, scheduled and completed tasks effortlessly. Additionally, MeisterTask offered collaborative features that facilitated communication, file sharing, and teamwork. The platform also allowed us to set task deadlines, receive alerts for pending tasks, assign tasks for specific dates, and much more. It truly is a comprehensive platform.

Cons

One issue I encountered in MeisterTask is the absence of a backup function for all the information on the platform. This means that if an employee accidentally deletes an activity note we wont be able to recover it. Additionally if team conversations are deleted due to a system error, the information cannot be retrieved. While the general MeisterTask system works well, they need to implement a feature to recover or save important information.

The base subscription of MeisterTask has limited functionality and lacks customization options which is a drawback. The mobile app also lacks some advanced capabilities available on the website.

I appreciate the softwares simplicity. It would be great to enhance two features: 1. improved handling of completed tasks and 2. better visualization options for project progress.

It's an all in one solution that covers project management, time tracking, and much more.

The free version should offer expanded features for individual users. It might be a flaw specific to Android devices but notifications don't always appear when they should.
