“Overall, a fantastic experience with a highly customizable solution.

Pros

The project repository and dashboard are amazing. And the dashboard enables our vice presidents to quickly and easily view the status of our project targets. I can access the repository and see exactly what my team is working on and how the projects are progressing.

Cons

This is not exactly a downside, but the way the UI is designed, it "hides" a lot of features. You won’t know what extra help you can get from the software unless you spend a considerable amount of time with it to find out.

It has helped us make simple charts that help comprehend the relationships between the individual processes sub-activities with the necessary degree of precision. With its thorough process maps and diagrams, Minitab simplifies complex processes and lowers their risk by assisting in the identification of failure areas and giving us ample time to work on them.

The only downside to Minitab is the very steep learning curve. We had to spend a lot of time learning how to integrate it into our internal procedures.

While there are a few areas where individual tool functionality can be improved the overall software has undergone significant changes and improvements over the years. The minor improvements needed pale in comparison to the progress made by Minitab since its Quality Companion days.
