Miro has been an extremely helpful tool to operate our strategic planning with. We have been using it mostly to create annual monthly and projectspecific timelines. It is really easy to use with all the visual sticky notes etc. to display our progress keep track of tasks done and have an overall view of where we currently areheaded to. I think its definitely a must for all marketing teams or all teams who need to have a simpler way to keep track of their progress with easytouseremember visuals. Emojis and stickers are also nice to shout out to colleagues excellence on specific tasks

Cons

We have been using a different software for scrum so I dont know if its kanban tables etc. are sufficient to track the daily workload.

You can use Miro for free ask participants to join even if they are on the free version and its a creative tool for brainstorming and ideating for teams. You can customize the board however you like to suit whatever you need.

It is a little bit expensive and a little buggy from time to time.

I love the fact that it is very intuitive and easy to use. Since I started using it in all projects mainly website development.

Given the fact that it has several paid tools the price is one of the things that bothers me they could create a more friendly price for a specific module that in my case would be the creation of flow and sharing.

Some more whiteboard tools could be provided to enrich the experience. Otherwise it is a great collaboration tool.

Sometimes we face some issues with performance. For some complex features require some training to use it. And limited customization for visualization.

I like that it is so easy to use works flawlessly and is optimized. I made the diagram and can turn them into slides where I can present them to my teamstakeholders. A lot of good templates so it helps get started.

Our digital workshops via Miro. It is a must for remote teams. We have even run a hybrid workshop via it. Also the availability to brainstorm and put the raw thoughts in an order.

I cannot think of anything important. Maybe the navigation on the board but then again if you get used to it it does not bother you much.

The simplicity of the app. How intuitively it works along my thought process. As well as it looks good thats a huge plus.

By being free and unobtrusive in nature it works less as a platform for delegating tasks for us. But nevertheless we always use it in conjunction with other software as well as a startingoff point for digital meetings.

Miro seems to be the premiere when it comes to creating an interactive online workspace for your company. It allows us to see changes in real time and discuss it in real time. We use our online meeting space and Miro is an app that can be integrated into seamlessly which makes the discussion so much clearer. Miro was not our first mind mapping and after we used this software we saw that we were losing time that we did not know was there.

Cons

There isnt any too many cons at this moment because the cons that were there at first Miro actually improved on them. The meeting room software integration was definitely a surprise addition.

I really liked this tool for use in an online lecture that is supposed to be interactive. You could directly see what other people are writing and it gave a much greater interaction than only via zoom or so.

Cons

Sometimes the zooming in and out was a little too much. It made it seem a little bit unstructured depending on the size of your screen.

Having more welldesigned project templates could be very helpful for planning.
