Absolutely love it. We havent found anything that Miro wouldnt be useful in helping planorganizereview etc.
Cons
The notifications are or were a year ago rather clunky. The email would come in but it always cropped out info. It would have been more helpful to have a different way to manage notifications. Id also like to see tagging available outside of comments in postits particularly.

“Sharper Learning Curve but the View is Nice
Pros
I like that Miro provides a number of readymade templates for project management to increase productivity. The templatestools are eyecatching and are designed to keep projects organized. There is a free plan and but what I really like about their price point for the Starter and the next level up are reasonably priced. While many companies penalizereward depending on how you see it charge a significantly higher price for those opting for a monthly plan over a yearly one their pricing structure is fair so they get kudos for that. The FREE account is understandably limiting but it provides a good snapshot of features available and both plans offer a good number of features to improve functionality depending on the type of project you are working on. I have not yet mastered Miro but I will continue to explore and compare to other programs used.
Cons
I am pretty techsavvy and enjoy experimenting with new tools for both my own project management and to recommend products to clients that are an ideal fit when it comes to reaching their goals. That said the learning curve is a bit more sharp so its not as ideal when collaborating with others without taking a great deal of time to allow for knowledge gaps. This could ultimately defeat the goal of increased productivity. I also think the inability to create customized templates is also limiting and seems a bit rigid but still exploring so final verdict not out yet.

It would be desirable to create and save custom templates as well as to have the ability to export Miro creations to PowerPoint. Despite these considerations Miro remains a fantastic tool that I genuinely appreciate using.
