When a board becomes filled with content it takes a significant amount of time to load resulting in occasional slowdowns.

Whether it's for delivery planning software architecture or team meetings Miro's digital platform effectively replaces physical whiteboards offering a perfect digital equivalent with all the advantages of a digital tool.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features may require some effort to locate within the graphical user interface (GUI) and require a short learning curve. However this does not apply to the drawing aspect of Miro which remains straightforward and intuitive.

The licensing model of Miro is the aspect I find most problematic. It can be confusing to determine who holds a paid license and when the fees are triggered. I have experienced situations where I received bills for collaborative users who only participated in a single event without fully understanding the reasons behind it. The differentiation between Teams Users and Licenses is also unclear.

With an extensive selection of available formats finding a starting point for any project or diagram is effortless. Additionally Miro offers excellent online and Zoom learning options for first-time users.

It took me a while to familiarize myself with all the necessary features but it became easier with the software and the available online learning resources.
