“Good for working with clients colleagues and for fun!
Pros
The potential applications of Miro are limitless and it consistently fosters effective collaboration among teams. I've even used it with clients during onboarding and goal-setting sessions. Any workshop I can think of can be conducted in Miro facilitating collaboration between the customer and myself. We even organized an online integration event on Miro where I created a setup for Family Feud it was incredibly enjoyable!
Cons
It's easy to accidentally click and make unintended changes to the board causing disruptions.

“Miro helping to increase productivity and efficiency
Pros
Miro offers a user-friendly experience with excellent performance understanding our objectives and facilitating effective communication with our personnel and stakeholders. The built-in frameworks streamline meeting organization and the extensive selection of activity templates marker colors custom icons voting comments CMS integration and document collaboration enhance workshop facilitation and creativity. With its diverse range of tools and plugins Miro empowers users to express their ideas effectively without feeling overwhelmed while the exceptional customer support ensures a smooth experience.
Cons
The lack of organization in projects is my primary concern with Miro. The search functionality is not optimized lacking hierarchy tiers and folders. Navigating the administrative dashboard and managing user organization can be challenging especially when dealing with multiple Miro accounts. However after demonstrating the value of whiteboarding teams tend to become more receptive to it despite occasional difficulties in navigation.

A highly intuitive and enjoyable tool to use people naturally grasp how to utilize the boards and leverage the tool's full potential without requiring any training.

“Decent digital whiteboarding with easy collaboration
Pros
Easy to set up intuitive and allows the entire team to quickly view explore and share ideas. The best part is its ease of use enabling anyone from the team to join in.
Cons
Exporting can pose challenges particularly in the lower-tier versions of the product resulting in lower-resolution images or exports especially when sharing with larger teams. This can be problematic for less tech-savvy members and cause issues whereas competitors like FigJam do not encounter this problem even in their free version.
