“Good Collaboration tool.
Pros
Miro is a good, user-friendly system. I also like that the collaborative board is near-infinite, with a variety of things to choose from.
Cons
What this technology lacks is the ability to hold a real meeting (by phone or video), so youll have to find other ways to communicate.

“Overall good product - mouse clicks are a little confusing and zooming is sensitive
Pros
An excellent method to visually analyze concepts and collaborate across committees teams and boards.
Cons
The smoothness could be improved - the mouse clicks and formatting templates can be frustrating and sensitive lacking intuitiveness. However it remains an excellent tool for streamlining and capturing ideas of all sizes.

“Miro truly helps my Brain
Pros
Miro simplifies the process of mapping out ideas and workflows step by step. It is an intuitive program that grasps the concept of mind mapping and aids in thorough process thinking. Even with the free version I have more than enough resources to plan my sales launch product development and internal goals effectively.
Cons
As a free user the boards I create are "shared" and accessible to the public. While I find it unlikely for someone to stumble upon my boards it does raise concerns about security and accessibility on the web. I understand that many free programs operate this way but it feels misaligned for software that handles internal processes and ideation. It would be helpful to address this concern early on to alleviate any doubts.

“It's like the procreate for planning and developing projects!
Pros
Miro's extreme versatility covers a wide range of use-case scenarios. You can create data views for each step of any project offering countless templates for diverse needs.
Cons
The integrations with other apps are good but not sufficient for my specific niche (although 100 integrations may seem like a lot they are not extensive enough unless your work scenario is simple or common). It would be fantastic to have API integration with all types of apps.

“Easy to sketch demos
Pros
Since transitioning to remote work we utilize Miro to demonstrate ideas during our weekly huddles. I appreciate the different tools and features available to presenters which enhance the explanation of any topic we discuss.
Cons
Uploading multiple documents at once takes a while and there are instances where you need to select a feature multiple times for it to apply properly.

“Great app to organize your ideas
Pros
Originally used as a whiteboard for developing ideas Miro transformed them into visual representations enhancing our product delivery speed. The multitude of shapes and features available in Miro allowed us to visualize our ideas effectively.
Cons
There are numerous integrations available which can lead to confusion about which one to utilize for each purpose.

“Learning 101
Pros
Miro enables seamless communication among classmates and administration when used for educational purposes.
Cons
This software was not the most suitable choice for my computers. Despite being computer literate it lacks an instruction manual. While it offers significant improvements over blackboard it falls short in terms of providing private conversations while communicating with everyone.

“Miro and the use of an agile perspective of collaborative and team work.
Pros
It is an invaluable tool for teamwork and task assignment offering notification features real-time or asynchronous progress tracking strategy creation and documentation team goal setting workflow design and maintaining communication among all participants.
Cons
Collaborating on boards using our mobile devices might not be straightforward but Miro has developed an app that allows us to interact with our work team using smartphones. From here we can incorporate ideas and post comments without relying on a laptop.

“Collaborate better with Miro!
Pros
The unlimited board space is the standout feature that allows me to expand the board as needed. Additionally having the ability to lock shapes and texts prevents unintended edits. Lastly the integration with other apps such as Zoom or GMeet for easy monitoring adds to its appeal.
Cons
What I dislike the most is the absence of a meeting feature within Miro itself. It would greatly enhance the experience if Miro boards had a built-in call option eliminating the need to connect to external conference software.

Pros
I extensively use Miro as a whiteboard benefiting from its extensive options for writing data. The availability of different pen sizes markers erasers copy/cut/paste functionality and even a code block for programming in various languages make it a versatile text editor and an overall useful tool.

“creating workflow diagram has never been so easy
Pros
The drag and drop feature in Miro simplifies the creation of process flow diagrams. It has been immensely helpful in creating workflows for my SOPs making it easy for participants to understand the processes.
Cons
It would be great to have some instructional videos demonstrating how to use the software. While the initial setup videos on using the cursor and mouse are helpful they could be expanded to cover all the available features.

“Great tool for diagramming software architectures
Pros
Miro provides an extensive array of diagramming templates and icons for various platforms like AWS Azure and more. These resources are invaluable when illustrating cloud-based software/system architecture. The ability to effortlessly drag icons onto the palette and connect data flows or system calls allows for the creation of comprehensive diagrams. This aids in visualizing and explaining integrated systems and interactions with customers especially for remote teams unable to engage in interactive in-person sessions.
Cons
Some user interactions with Miro are not intuitive. For instance to move the palette (pan) you need to right-click (and hold) whereas most tools allow left-click and drag for panning an image. It can be frustrating but not a deal breaker.
