“Miro the perfect tool for collaboration and brainstorming
Pros
The design and architecture of Miro are fantastic. It's perfect for brainstorming sessions as you can see all the actions of your co-workers including their location and what they write. The timer feature helps manage session time effectively and the voting feature allows for easy feedback collection. Accessing stats on specific objects such as text or post-it notes is also a valuable feature.
Cons
Managing access can be quite complicated. Sometimes my users can only comment and not edit. The integration with Microsoft Teams doesn't work properly.

“Miro is a great app to show and create visual maps of everything!
Pros
I love the abundance of templates in Miro and its ease of use.
Cons
Sometimes I encountered an issue where everything I worked on in Miro couldn't be saved even though it indicated that it was resulting in the loss of some of my work.

“An Effective and Well-designed Collaboration Tool
Pros
Miro is easy to use beautifully designed and highly customizable. Compared to Draw.io Miro represents a new era. One of the things I appreciate most is the ability to customize shapes according to my preferences. The sticky notes are incredibly useful for brainstorming and the Cards feature works perfectly. I use Miro for roadmap planning and workflow design. After finishing the process design I export it and incorporate it into our internal knowledge base as an image which proves to be very useful.
Cons
In the free version only small process maps can be exported as images while larger ones lose quality. This is the most bothersome aspect of the free version for me. I also wish Miro had more relevant stickers and it would be great to have the ability to export flowcharts as animations or videos.

“The ideal app for shared whiteboards
Pros
Miro is a highly reliable collaboration tool offering both user-friendly functionality and excellent performance.
Cons
The interface can be intimidating for new users. Items are sometimes mistakenly moved with a left-click instead of a right-click.

“Interactive and online meetings with real-time collaboration.
Pros
With Miro there's no need for prior knowledge or training. You can start using it collaboratively right from the first time you see it. This advantage is particularly valuable when bringing other people into online meetings facilitating dynamic storytelling and feedback.
Cons
The free version is excellent and offers multiple functionalities. However it's important to consider budgeting for the paid version as you grow in the organization to ensure the documents are stored in their repositories without the risk of losing information over time.

“Intuitive and Powerful for Idea Mapping
Pros
Mind mapping in Miro is highly effective especially for explaining complex concepts. While the tool offers many other uses its ability to ideate and convey ideas is top-notch. Whether using the simple features or exploring the more complex ones Miro allows for limitless creative possibilities.
Cons
It's a complex tool which is necessary for mind mapping in a way that makes sense for your brain. However there is a slight learning curve although it can be easily figured out in a single brainstorming session.

“Great alternative to post it notes
Pros
Miro saves me time by facilitating remote UX workshops. Instead of typing up post-it notes our clients can add their comments directly to the board and we can duplicate post-its as needed. The timer and voting features are particularly useful in these scenarios.
Cons
The boards can be a bit slow but that's simply because they hold a lot of information.
