“Creative Boards that boost Productivity
Pros
Miro seamlessly combines the functionalities of a research tool mind mapping software creative mood board and project/presentation templates into a single comprehensive solution. It strikes the perfect balance between structured thinking and out-of-the-box creativity empowering global teams across different time zones and continents to collaborate in real-time.
Cons
The presentation module still requires improvement. It functions well in two modes: a Prezi-like free zoom mode and a locked PowerPoint-like slide mode. However there are missing features like slide transitions in PowerPoint mode frame order programming and better navigation between frames in presentation mode for both PowerPoint and Prezi modes.

“Miro is great
Pros
Miro's ease of use and feature-rich interface make it a pleasure to work with. It often feels like the software knows exactly what features to recommend almost reading the user's mind.
Cons
Some functions do not work well in the app but function properly in the browser like the spell checker.

“Easy to use: Thats Miro.
Pros
Miro unlocks a sea of possibilities on the whiteboard catering to the multidimensional nature of users' minds. It allows for limitless creation imagination editing and sharing. Users couldn't ask for more from this exceptional platform.
Cons
There isn't much I can think of. Maybe offering a single-user pricing option instead of requiring a minimum of two users?

“Hiring wrong plan is too easy
Pros
Miro's intuitive interface and collaborative features make it an invaluable tool for online creation and collaboration. It has proven beneficial for both participating and leading roles.
Cons
The way plans are contracted can be confusing. I ended up making an incorrect hire due to the contracting being attributed to the user rather than the project. In other words I will have to cancel the plan in a month and then rehire it for the correct project.

“Great for collaborative design
Pros
Miro is an excellent solution for collaborative design with remote workers. It streamlines sharing interaction and collaboration making it a valuable tool for any design team.
Cons
It would be great to have the ability to upload fonts and a color picker would make the tool more user-friendly.

“An amazing and lovely app for your daily tasks
Pros
Miro's appealing features such as the convenient timer and the simple yet powerful card organization make it a favored choice. What's more it offers a free option for personal use making it an easy-to-learn app that users find themselves using even in their daily routines. The remarkable integration with existing team processes adds to its appeal serving as a valuable tool for brainstorming and retrospectives among other activities.
Cons
Comparing it to other collaboration tools like Spatial and Google Meet there are some missing features such as screen sharing or the ability to drop and instantly share files (e.g. dropping a PDF or PPT file and having each person view it as if it were on their own computer). When discussing with others I realized that some great but less obvious features like tagging are not easily apparent to those outside our team. Additional simple but effective features like changing post-it note colors duplicating with CTRL+D or aligning with Shift would be beneficial.

“Out-of the-Box!
Pros
Miro is invaluable for capturing thoughts graphically and offers fast access to mapped information. The gallery of templates the ability to create frames for organizing clusters of information and the vast canvas are all highly appreciated features.
Cons
The vast canvas is a major advantage but it can be challenging to stay organized when we have a lot of information sometimes with varying text sizes and styles. However this is not a failure of the software but rather a lack of understanding on our part as users on how to efficiently organize information. It is unfortunate that the Google image search feature is no longer available and having the ability to crop images would be a welcome addition.

“The best web app ever seen ! ......
Pros
The shortcuts in Miro for adding elements save significant time and enhance the user experience.
Cons
While there isn't much I disliked one repetitive aspect is when exporting to PDF it suggests adding a frame.

“Great Way to Visually Collaborate and Link to Specific Spots in a Page
Pros
The visual collaboration capabilities in Miro greatly enhance team collaboration. It surpasses other drawing tools in its advanced features. The ability to add links to specific spots or pages within the tool is particularly powerful especially when working with large pages.
Cons
Sometimes the product experiences slowdowns when there are numerous objects on the page. The "app" itself is great but it can be challenging to use with multiple OAuth accounts as there is no effortless way to completely log out of one OAuth account. This seems to be a common issue but it should be addressed.

“It's awesome!
Pros
Miro is a great tool for training sessions where multiple participants can edit and use it simultaneously providing a seamless experience.
Cons
Since Miro is just one tool among many that we need it can become costly to pay for all the different tools. It adds another expense to consider similar to having another software subscription.

“A teachers ode to miro
Pros
This product has proven to be remarkably versatile for both myself and my colleagues. It has become our go-to tool for collaboration within our individual classrooms as well as cross-curricular work. Personally I've found it invaluable as the central hub for all my projects this year.
Cons
I require additional team member slots to accommodate our entire school as the primary collaboration space. Partnered with research institution XQ for experimental lesson delivery this app proves excellent for visual learners.

“Tracing paper and pen in a virtual environment
Pros
MIRO's intuitiveness is unparalleled requiring no training whatsoever. Inviting collaborators is effortless as it only requires browser access. This has been a game-changer for me during remote work.
Cons
Large boards occasionally experience slow download speeds causing issues with content retrieval. A potential solution is archiving and starting new boards or implementing local caching of some content for improved performance.

“Great Product
Pros
The user-friendly and navigable interface of Miro makes it a breeze to set up with clients with minimal technical issues.
Cons
More options for drawing shapes and the ability to copy and paste onto the clipboard would be beneficial. Additionally having more than three boards to work with would enhance productivity.
